need help. I want to know how I make an event that after I capture the pokemon something happens and if I defeat it happens another.

This page has exactly what you need. Have a look at the Mew encounter on Faraday Island in the default Essentials maps, that has a working example. This stuff is really easy to find, try looking harder next time.
