i busted my tail getting these guys so really dont want to bench them.

There isn't much rate if you list the stats of each Pokémon, considering there are too many factors that contribute to them. What you can do is list the EVs they have. I'm assuming you don't know what EVs are, so here's a link that explains them, among other things. It's also required for you to post held items and abilities. And, if you need movesets, this link should prove to be useful.
