[Script] How Do You Edit The Number of Pokemon in the National Dex In Oak's Script?

I was able to edit the national dex to include 190 Pokemon, but I can't seem to edit how the check works when Oak reviews your Pokedex. I tried looking in A-Map 1.92 using XSE in the Oak script but it doesn't seem too obvious. How do I edit it to make it check for up to 190 Pokemon in that script? I assumed it was a single value that needed to be changed (0x97 or the likes) but it doesn't seem so. Thanks.
