3rd Gen Question about Marowak (ghost)

Is there any way to capture Cubone's mother Marowak?
I read there isn't a genuine way to do it, but through cheats is there a way?
Is it worth trying to capture this Pokemon? I just got to this part in the game and would like to capture a special pok?mon.

No, you can not capture her.
You can capture a Cubone and evolve it if you want Marowak.

I've seen videos on Youtube and speculation that through either GameShark or Action Replay you can obtain this Pokemon and able to trade it up generations.

You might have to search a lot.
