So my brother came and said me to download Piconica, and made me replicate Mewtwo cry, I put it in Short Noise and tried around the notes but I cant make it exactly same as Mewtwo's. Is it because of app's limitations or I missed something? We both dont know much about music making, but we are interested, Can someone help me with it?
