[Other] [Emerald] +1 in all stats effect

I was wondering how to make a status move that raises all of the user's stats by one stage, like how Z-Hold Hands and Z-Celebrate do it in the generation 7 games.
When I give this move the same effect as Ancient Power, it works fine, except it deals 1 HP of damage to the user. How do I prevent this from happening?
