[Question] How would one go about creating a remake of Platinum using the format of X&Y or ORAS?

I ask this out of curiosity and interest in possibly overhauling the current format of DS Gen 4 to match the style of X/Y or ORAS. If something like this is already being attempted, would anybody have any resources?

If not, would any of you think this an obtainable goal with the current tools and resources out there to attempt?

Sadly, is currently impossible to make something this complex in DS, because there's limitations for the map polygons and ROM capacity.

i don't think you can make the graphics and music of those games in a normal copy of pokemon platinum, but you can add some of the pokemon from X/Y.
