[Graphics] Help with fixing the sprites.

Hello guys,

I need a little help from a spriter (or a pixel artist maybe) this time.

I downloaded an image from google, and Am thinking to insert it in my hack for the title screen.

But the size was large and I resized it down somehow,

but it is not so good,

So I want someone to help me fix the sprite..

Yes,
and I am even gonna make it animated.

I somehow made added it to the game,
but it looks pixelated so need help.

This thread should be created in the art and design compared to ROM hacking. This is re-sizing work I guess?
