Hello, I just got the Gen 3 Japanese Poke'mon Sapphire and I'm trying to Shiny-hunt for a starter Poke'mon and I'm rather curious on if I keep resetting the Game like you should do for Shiny-Hunt starters if the chance to get a shiny varies depending on the version you are playing of the game.
I personally have no clue if the chance of getting a Shiny is the same for the starter changes if you play the US Version or the Japanese version of the game.
If someone could help me with that, I'll really appreciate the help!
