    Hello all, New-ish to Rom Hacking, got most of the tools, but I'm looking for a good Dex Tool to make my Fire Red Base game have all pokemon including Gen 8. If there are any packages that already have all of Gen 8 added in that's cool, but I can't seem to find any program that edits the national dex and allows the expansion of a gen 3 dex to go beyond.
