[Map] Expanding Pokemon in A-Map

Can anyone walk me through how to add new Pokemon to AdvanceMap 1.95? I'm using a ROM base with 999 Pokemon. I would like to be able to edit wild encounters with all 999 Pokemon.

Since you've got 999 Pokemon, you'll want to write E7 03 instead.
