how can I edit this in game
people want my game to run faster so I increased this to 100 but I created a few animations that need to run at 40 for music to line up with it so I want to be able to slow the frame rate down right before one of these animations starts.
I switched 40.0 to a var FRAME_RATE while I was trying to get it working myself but couldn't figure out a way to edit the variable in game!
