Hey my laptop got infected by ransomewere anyone can give me a tip how to deal with it he turned all my files to '.pcqq' file plz tell me how to deal with it.

Depending on the variant, some anti-virus application companies have created applications to decrpyt your files for free as the encryption algorithms were figured out, so you'll have to find which particular ransomware has taken hold of your PC and see if one exists. Otherwise, unless you pay (which I don't recommend), all your files are basically gone.
