    In sun and moon, can the move tutor teach bestow to phantump? Im having a hard time getting one with both harvest and bestow through alpha sapphire, I keep getting one or the other. I want to know so i can just quickly put skill swap on a harvest phantump and then transfer it to moon

    There is no move tutor in Sun & Moon, no. You cannot teach Phantump Bestow in Gen 7
