Struggling to find a Pokémon ROM hack

I remember back in the day when I was too young around 9-11, I emulated a GBC rom where I could go into house (before getting starters or meeting professor) where I could encounter kanto legendaries and gen 5 pokémons (some like archeops looked glitched though). I am really interested in playing it, please can someone help me with it? I cant find it anywhere. THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Hmm, atm Pokemon Hyper Emerald AND Pokemon flora sky rebirth have 807 pokemon. Both are english translated.

Well, Hyper Emerald is not FULLY translated. It's like 70% English.

If you have played EM even once it will be enough to understand everything imo. Otherwise try Flora Sky Rebirth.
