For New Who, Rory, Donna and Wilfred are the most likable to me. Rory for his kind heart, Amy is a lucky girl. Donna for being chill with the 10th. Wilfred was also a caring guy and the awesome grandfather of Donna.

Classic Who I've only seen a few but Ace and Jamie are cool and complemented their doctors very well. I also liked Jo in the few 3rd Doctor serials I saw.
