Yes they are all available, that's why they are still on the lists. Added!
We can't trade TMs anymore, as they are not consumed and they are all available in-game. (You can find listings on Serebii or Bulbapedia of the locations.)

As I stated in my OP, these are all in 7th Gen so S/M.

Probably do, but I'll have to check when I've got my games on me. If I do it's not gonna be on the same game that these Pokemon are on, more likely on one of my Japanese games, so we're gonna have to do a second trade.
