1st Gen Which legendary is best? legendary birds edition

Articuno's design is just so sleek and elegant, like a queen or some higher royalty. I also love it's color scheme, very icy and cold. The others are very basic and didn't really impress me.

ARTICuno of course. Pretty kewl front and backsprite design, moveset is lacking a bit, but by far, #1 for me (• ◡ •)ฅ

Not to mention, in the Gen 3 remakes, Articuno can learn a OHKO move at around level 70 or so.

Articuno was always my favorite one. To me I always considered it to be the strongest of the three. In the movie, it was sort of portrayed that way as well if you go in order of what birds were caught.
