Right now my team is composed of Eevee, Snorlax, Alolan Marowak, Lapras, Gyarados and Scyther. What moves would you recommend for them?

  • Hmm... lets see here:

    Eevee: Normal Type
    Snorlax: Normal Type
    Alolan Marowak: Fire/Ghost
    Lapras: Water/Ice
    Gyarados: Water/Flying
    Scyther: Bug/Flying

Seem to love having Pokemon of similar typing no? Electric Type would have a field day with you too. Barring changes to the team makeup, here's what I'd do. Keep in mind, you don't have to follow my advice at all.

Eevee: Starter that should take advantage of its exclusive moves.
Glitzy Glow <- Exclusive Psychic move that also applies a free Light Screen when used. Counters Fighting and Poison Types. Useful when facing Special Attackers to reduce damage.
Buzzy Buzz <- Exclusive Electric move that is guaranteed to apply Paralysis. Seeing as you lack an Electric Type to counter Water, this is almost mandatory.
Baddy Bad <- Exclusive Dark Type move that applies a free Reflect and is essentially the polar opposite of Glitzy Glow. Considering your team makeup, Eevee would likely be out facing Ghost or Psychic Types where this move would have considerable effect. I'd use Glitzy Glow first to reduce Special damage though.
Sparkly Swirl <- Exclusive Fairy Type move whose secondary effect heals status effects on all of your Pokemon. Useful when facing Dark Types, Dragons or Fighting Types if it comes to that.

Snorlax: Physical Tank that counters numerous foes
Body Slam <- STAB move that can paralyze
Earthquake <- Use that 110 Attack stat to great effect against Electric, Fire, Poison and Steel.
Brick Break <- Fighting Type move that allows it to use its Physical power to dominate Normal, Dark, Steel and Ice Type Pokemon.
Rest <- Recovery move that Snorlax is known for

Alolan Marowak: Never used one of these, not to mention there are better options. *Shrugs*
Fire Punch: STAB Physical move to take advantage of its stronger Attack stat.
Shadow Ball: Although Special Attack leaves much to be desired, it gains STAB.
Brick Break: Counters Dark Types who would pose a problem for it while also giving you a strong counter to Normal, Steel and Ice.
    Swords Dance: Boosts Attack considerably

Lapras: Love this Pokemon. Attack and Special are the same so turn her into a Specialist.
Ice Beam <- I prefer this over Blizzard
Surf <- Best in Show Water move
Thunderbolt <- Something to hit Water Types with
Rest or Protect <- Recovery or situational protection

    Gyarados: Physical attacker
Crunch <- Dark Type move to take advantage of the fact it can Mega Evolve into a Dark Type
Outrage <- Something for those Dragons while also being a pretty strong physical attack
Waterfall <- Not as strong as Surf but takes advantage of Gyarados' strong Attack
    Protect <- situational immunity

Scyther: Bug Type that isn't bad but can't Mega Evolve like its cousin in Pinsir
X-Scissor <- Best Bug move in the game
Aerial Ace <- Take advantage of its Flying Typing
Night Slash <- Dark Move with high critical hit
Swords Dance <- 110 Attack stat with this? Yeah... definitely makes it better.

I forgot to mention that Scyther is a LGP exclusive so unless you trade for one, good luck acquiring one.
