Changing how team recruting works?

Whats the point of team recruting?
U guess right, recruting new members to do some SPECIFIC job.

So shouldn't that be shown in relevancy?
I would say so.

So why not create a datatable whit tags that expecilty ask for the jobs the creator is looking for?
For instance, lets imagem the follow example:

Pokemon hack name / jobs
Pokemon FireOnRed / 2xspriters mapper
Pokemon NotThatEmerald/ xsecoder
Pokemon GroudonTheFish/ any

If people want to know more, they could either press the tag and see what the job is about or they could explore the rom so far.

For example: When I click on xsecoder, the browser would open the rom page exactly explainig the job u would have to do, like implementing "Pikachu jump out of the cliff" script.
If u then intend to apply to the job you could just submit under the job something similar to replay but it will go as private message and it should be placed under the job requets

This not only allows objectivity, but also promotes more, better and faster work since the people that are doing the job know/should more expirience.
