[Gen 4] Jay's Soul Silver Wheelocke

Once, there was a boy named Jay. He was bored (because quarantine), hadn't had fun in a long, long time (because quarantine), and he was in the mood to play a Nuzlocke, because quarantine. So he looked at his games, picked up a copy of Soul Silver, and decided he wanted to go torture himself emotionally by doing a nuzlocke.

He decided on a different way to get his Pokémon, just so he could mix it up a bit.

Rules 1-3: The normal nuzlocke rules.
Rule 4: You must use a wheel spinner online to decide which Pokémon you get per encounter. This allows for an equal chance for each Pokémon to be used, and allows Jay to torture himself even further with having to find those 1% encounters.
Rules 5 and 6: Dupes and Shiny Clause.
Rule 7: Whitney Clause: If your team gets wiped because of Whitney, you are allowed to re-challenge her once. She's Satan's daughter and it would be unfair to put an idiot like Jay against her without giving him some sort of advantage.

And finally, with all those decided, he started the run.
