[Question] How to display a Pokemon's type during battle next to the HP bars, like in Radical Red?

Radical Red has this neat feature where the types of Pokemon are displayed during battle in the HUD, it's very helpful for when you see unfamiliar Pokemon from unfamiliar gens or Pokemon that have had their types changed.

I know how I'd program this in GML, but this engine doesn't run in GML.

Sometimes I wish this engine ran in GML.
