[Eventing Question] Making a given or wild Pokémon have some randomly chosen stats with max IVs?

    I've been messing around for some time (with little success) to make a given Pokémon have 3 randomly chosen stats with max IVs, like legendaries and such in the newer gen games. How can I do it?
