    Hi I am new here though I'm not new to Pokemon.

    I also do need help quickly and I'm not sure if I'm allowed to ask here. I'm looking at a banpresto lapras and this is the tag they showed me.. is this legit? Or bootleg? Thank you.

    The hologram silver round sticker says "the Pokemon Company" licensed for Asia only.
