Is anybody else loosing records of shiny pokemon in pokedex?

    I caught a shiny Geodude some time ago and have evolved it into a Golem.
    Now I checked my Pokedex and I have a record only of shiny Golem but not Geodude. Same thing happened with several other shiny pokemon I have including Onix, Golduck, Graveler, Chimchar etc.
    How is shiny record in pokedex created and have anyone else experienced this issue? Am I somehow loosing records?
