[ASM & Hex] Would like to commission someone to create a custom item for me

I would like to create a script in Pokemon Emerald that can be assigned to a held item and serves as both an Eviolite and an Everstone. There are already fully written scripts for Eviolite (thanks to the deepseatooth and scale the necessary defense boosts are already pre-programmed in the game code and it greatly simplifies the process) but I would like an item that has this function as well as the everstone function. I'm fine with paying someone to write this script since there's no tutorials on implementing new held items or creating scripts for them. Hope to hear from some people soon!

I don't know how to make items but I'm just letting you know that commissions/paid jobs aren't technically allowed on the forum :/
