7th Gen Island Scan

Island Scan, or the QR Scanner as called by the menu, was a feature in S/M/US/UM in which you scanned QR codes to get Pokemon not native to Alola to appear in the region. After obtaining 100 points, you can use your points to make a special Pokemon to appear. You can pretty much scan any QR code you find around the internet to get your 100 points. You can only do about 10 scans at one time, so do keep that in mind.

These are the Pokemon you can find through island scan. They all have on special move each, with some exceptions.

On Melemele Island:

Cyndaquil on Sunday, Charmander in US/UM they can be found on Route 3.
Totodile on Monday, Squirtle in US/UM they can be found in Seaward Cave.
Deino on Tuesday, Onix in US/UM, they can be found on Ten Carat Hill.
Horsea on Wednesday in both S/M and US/UM. They can be found in Kala'e Bay.
Klink on Thursday, Scatterbug in U/SUM. They can be found in Hau'oli City.
Chikorita on Friday, Bulbasaur in US/UM. The can be found on Route 2.
Litwick on Saturday in both S/M and US/UM in Hau'oli Cemetery. The special move Litwick will have between the games differs, however. Horsea above is the same.

Akala Icon has a few fully evolved Pokemon and middle stage Pokemon. They are as follows:

Gothita on Sunday in S/M, while Ralts can be found in US/UM. They can be found on Route 6.
Spheal on Monday in both S/M and US/UM. They can be found on Route 7.
Luxio on Tuesday in S/M, while Combusken can be found in US/UM. They can be found on Route 8.
Hondedge on Wednesday in both S/M and US/UM. They can be found in the Akala Outskirts and the special move Hondedge has differs between S/M and US/UM.
Venipede on Thurday in S/M, and Beedrill in US/UM. They can be found on Route 4.
Bellsprout on Friday in S/M, and Grovyle in US/UM. They can be found on Route 5.
Marill on Saturday in S/M, and Marshtomp in US/UM. They can be on the Brooklet Hill.

Ula'ula Island has mostly middle stage Pokemon for you to catch.

Rhyhorn on Sunday in both S/M and US/UM. They can be found on Blush Mountain the special move Rhyhorn will have depends on whether you're playing S/M or US/UM.
Swinub on Monday in both S/M and US/UM. They can be found in Tapu Village.
Duosion on Tuesday in S/M, and Prinplup in US/UM. They can be found on Route 16.
Roselia on Wednesday in S/M, and Grotle in U/SUM. They can be found on Ula'ula Meadow.
Staravia on Thursday in S/M and Pidgeot in US/UM. They can be found on Route 10. Pidgeot will always be level 29, making it underleveled.
Vigoroth on Friday in S/M, and Monferno in US/UM. They can be found on Route 11.
Axew on Saturday in both S/M and US/UM. It can be found on Mount Hokulani.

Finally, Poni Island. All the Pokemon that can be found through Island Scan are all fully evolved. with one exception.

Eelektross on Sunday in both S/M and US/UM. They can be found in the Poni Grove. They do not have a special move in either version.
Conkeldurr on Monday in S/M, and Aggron is U/SUM. They can be found in the Poni Plains.
Togekiss on Tuesday in S/M, and Rotom in US/UM. They can be found on the Poni Gaunlet. Only Togekiss has a special move.
Leavanny on Wednesday in both S/M and US/UM. They can be found on the Poni Meadow.
Serperior on Thursday in S/M, and Chesnaught in U/SUM. They can be found in the Exeggutor Island.
Samurott on Friday in S/M, and Greninja in US/UM. They can be found in the Poni Wilds.
Emboar on Saturday in S/M, and Delphox in U/SUM. They can be found on the Ancient Poni Path.

Finally, there's a special QR you had to scan in order to get a Magerna. However, it can't be scanned until after you beat the game.
