This RP will take place in the region of Unova, approximately ten years after the events of Pokémon: Black and White.
Rules:
- First and foremost, all PC rules apply.
- Please no godmodding, powerplaying, bunnying or any of the other standard RP no-nos.
- Please obey me as GM at all times! (ie. If I tell you to do something and you don't, we got issues).
- Romance and other mature themes welcome as long as they're handled maturely!
- Finish all capture posts with your Poké Ball shaking as it engulfs its target; I will tell you whether your post was successful or not.
- Finish all battle posts against any NPC's as your Pokémon prepares to deal the finishing blow; I will tell you whether your post was successful or not.
- You may catch shiny Pokémon, given that the post's quality merits it.
- Please be active, and remember to have fun!

Welcome to the world of Pokémon!
I'm the head Pokémon Ranger of the Unova region. You may refer to me as Chief, and that's all you need to know about me.
As you know, this world is inhabited by mysterious creatures called Pokémon. Pokémon have mysterious powers. They come in many shapes and live in many different places. We humans live happily with Pokémon; living and working together, we complement each other and help each other out.
However, some people tend to use Pokémon for evil. These people tend to cause a lot of problems when they come together in numbers and form what we know as Pokémon gangs. You may recognize names like Team Rocket in Kanto, Team Galaxy in Sinnoh, and even more recently, Team Plasma right here in Unova!
Every time that these teams rise in power, they make life a living hell for people everywhere, and lately there are reports of increased criminal activity that correlates with the previously thought defunct Team Plasma! The worst part is that they've managed to kidnap Black and White (as in the game's protagonists)! Since we can't let the public fall into panic for the situation, we have assembled you!

You are a Pokémon ranger.
Not just any Pokémon ranger though, you're part of a group handpicked because of your specific skills (eg. In stealth missions, or as a strike agent, or anything you can really think of…) in order to retrieve Unova's Pokédex Holders from the clutches of what we believe is a reincarnation of Team Plasma.
Keep in mind, however, many Gym Leaders and Elite Four members might antagonize you. This is because they are restricted from participating in the investigation, mainly to keep the Pokémon League running, but mostly because some higher-ups are suspicious of some of them.
Anyways, you are to enroll in the Pokémon League as a Pokémon trainer. In order to facilitate your missions, you'll be allowed to carry a taser-gun, a Capture Styler, as well as a standard maximum of six Pokémon. You are to retrieve information and complete specific missions to dismantle this new threat before it becomes a public issue.
