Any advice???

Been playing through most of the games and I think (in my opinion) I've made my best team:
Chandelure- Shadow Ball, Flamethrower, Energy Ball, Psychic
Krookodile- Crunch, Earthquake, Focus Blast, Outrage
Metagross- Meteor Mash, Zen Headbutt, Earthquake, Giga Impactt
Areodactyl- Stone Edge, Aqua Tail, Sky Drop/Aerial Ace, Giga Impact
Salamance- Outrage, Fire Blast/Flamethrower, Crunch, Aerial Ace
Lapras- Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Hydro Pump, Toxic

Any thoughts, suggestions,changes?

This is competitive right? Post their EVs and natures. And put items on them.
And Sky Drop is banned in most competitions so use Aerial Ace.

Hmm...the only problem I see is that 3 of your pokemon are weak to lightning attacks.

Yeah I noticed that as well, but Krookodile solves that.

May I suggest new Moves?

My Empoleon knows moves that can defend itself.

I suggest Krookodile knows Shadow Ball Earthquake Grass Knot and a move of your choice

Chandelure should Know Energy Ball Shadow Ball Payback and a move of your choice.

Metagross should know Rock Slide Grass Knot Shadow Ball and a move of your choice.

Im not sure about Aerodactyl

Salamance should know any dragon type or fire type move

Lapras should know Earthquake Icicle Spear and two moves of your choice

That's certainly a very interesting Chandelure you've got going there. With that setup, you definitely need a Trick Room user to help Chandelure outspeed the opponent. Reuniclus and Jellicent work excellently for setting up TR. Otherwise, you'd be much better off putting 252 EVs into Speed and giving your Chandelure a choice scarf, another option would be replace Psychic with protect and give Chandelure a focus sash.

I'm not really sure why you have Absorb Bulb on Krookodile, sicne yours is primarily an attacker. A better set would be:

Earthquake, Crunch, Stone Edge, Outrage
And holding a Lum Berry

Your Metagross looks fine, though I'm not much of a fan of recharging moves, they give your opponent a huge opening. Explosion would work well in that final slot, for taking out your opponent after Metagross is close to fainting. Life Orb would be fantastic on him.

Giga Impact is a really, really, really bad idea on something as fragile as Aerodactyl, use Ice Fang for taking out pesky dragons.

Salamence wants a Jolly nature and Earthquake and Dragon Dance instead of Crunch and Aerial Ace.

I would personally go with Surf over Hydro Pump for Lapras, because of more PP and accuracy, but that's just a personal pref. Leftovers is great on this dude. Also, 252 in HP would be better than in the defense stats, Lapras has great HP.
