So we've been stumped for a while trying to figure out the particle engine. In our game, our day and night cycle is faked. Meaning day and night will happen in about an hour, give or take.

Here's a screenshot of our event. The problem we are having is that as soon as night comes around, the graphic changes the window color, but the particle engine doesn't display the lighting effect.

Now, when we enter and exit the map, or simply teleport back into it, the event works. What's even weirder is when morning comes around and the window graphic switches back, the lighting effect switches off too. Without the map needing reinitialized.

Originally I thought the problem was that the map needed refreshed after the particle engine comment. This isn't the issue though. The particle engine itself has it's own way of refreshing and reinitializing its events. What confuses me the most is that the lighting effect works perfectly from night to day but not day to night.

    Anyone able to help out?
