Help me get the most out of this Eevee

Ive been sos chaining for a relatively strong shiny Eevee with a bold synchronizer for ages however what I got was a 'bashful' shiny Eevee instead :( ...which is far from desirable.

I'm not overly competitive as I only battle with a few mates from time to time but I'd hate to not get the most out of any shiny. Can anyone suggest the best eeveelution and moveset to go along with this undesirable nature?....the Ivs are great btw.

Honestly, yeah that's pretty bad. It's really hard utilize this, so I would just to pick a Shiny that you think looks cool and build around it.
