I'm just getting back into the game after a long time and i wanted to start breeding a team for online battles. I have what I think is a usable latias. I want to first build a sandstorm team. I am playing with Alpha Sapphire if that matters.

Possible IVs
HP-30-31
ATK-24-29
DEF-30-31
SP. ATK- 0-3
SP. DEF-30-31
SPD - 7-9
The only bad thing is that its spAtk and Spd are very low, but having near maximum HP, DEF, and SpDEF make it somewhat useful. It has no EVs and is holding Latiasite.
Unfortunately this Latias is the only thing i have that i think may be worth it to someone.
I am looking for a decent ditto to breed with. Perfection is not necessary just something that will make creating decent pokemon less tedious.
