How do I prevent moving through tiles that have the top layer as passable

Hi, I'm kind of new at mapping, and I'm having a problem that seems simple, but I'm having trouble figuring it out. I have some situations where the top layer has a passable section over a nonpassable section in a layer below, but I want to prevent the player from passing through these tiles. For example, in the picture provided, I want the player to be prohibited from going on this tile because it's in a wall, but part of the bed that is passable is on top of this, allowing the player to pass through here. Is there a simple solution here or should I add like an event that prevents the player from going on this tile or add a second bed to the tileset that allows passing through this tile? I would just do one of these to solve this, but its also a problem with a bunch of other stuff, so it seems inconvenient to do every time.

Ah yes, I was forgetting about the priority tags. It's fixed now that I gave the bed tile there a priority of 1.
