    Overview:
I found the Underground Tournaments of the first game to have the most potential
and based a sequel on it. It's not necessary to play the first game to enjoy this
one, though. Please be kind and constructive. I'm not a professional, have no artistic
ability to make sprites, and developed this game by myself.

    Plot:
Ultra Wormholes have been randomly opening up around the region, with Ultra Beasts
going on a rampage. No one knows why or how to prevent them. Meanwhile, Fusion
Corp. have gained an enormous amount of wealth and power by creating their mysterious
Enigma Engine, which creates unlimited electric power but no pollution or byproducts.

You play a young trainer starting your Pokémon journey in the region of Furan. There
are no more gyms. Instead, you gain badges by winning Tournaments that are similar
to battle-tower style battles--standardized levels and only held-items. Unlike the
last installment, this game is linear, not open world, to restrict which Pokémon are
    available for each Tournament.

    Unique Features:
    • Tournaments instead of Gyms. They use battle-tower style rules:
standardized levels, set style, and only held-items. You can use repeat
held-items and Pokémon if you want. Gyms still host some people to train
    up your Pokémon.
    • About 70 new Pokémon added, mostly using other people's fakemons.
    • About 50 new regional variants/type changes to existing Pokémon.
    • Items that change a Pokémon's nature and increase its IVs.
    • Several typing changes. Most notably, grass is now super-effective against
Electric, Bug against Ground and Fairy but not Dark, and Electric against
Steel. See in-game type chart at all Pokémon Centers for details.
    • First three Pokémon in PC Storage can have their field moves accessed
    at all times.
    • EXP gain works similar to Gen 5, but somewhat sharper. Defeating higher-
level Pokémon gives you extra experience, while lower-level Pokémon give
you much less. This way, it's easy to make new teams for each Tournament,
    but you can't get over-leveled.
    • Special EV-training enclaves. The first is accessible sometime after your first
badge, and the second is accessible after the fourth badge.

    Project made with:
    Pokémon Essentials v18.1
    RPG Maker XP

    Progress Report:
This demo is playable through the fifth badge, but ends there, unable to
proceed to the next town. I'm only working on this game in my spare time,
so expect infrequent updates, and it should be finished in a year or two.

    Known Issues:
    • Many fakemon missing proper back sprites.
    • Some mismatched character sprites from different generations.
