What website is my image from?

Can someone please tell me what website my image is from?
I found it months ago and I would like to do it again, but I cannot for the life of me find this website again.

It was a team builder from the Azurriland website, but the builder is down right now for reasons that I do not know. (http://www.azurilland.com/tools/team-builder)

Well that sucks!! thanks for letting me know though. In my search I did find that website, but didn't think it was correct because of the fact that it was not working. I hope it gets fixed at some point though. I really like the images the site uses.
