Pokémon - Project Victory

Name: Aaron Maystone

Gender: Male

Age: 19

Appearance:Aaron is a tall boy, standing at just over 6 feet in height. He also has slightly longer than average legs and has a big shoe size. The rest of his exterior seems normal however: his face has a slight tan and he has a slim build. His hair is a chocolate brown and is about mid-length - hanging down to the left side of Aaron's face.

Outfit: Aaron wears a black denom jacket, which he almost always has zipped up and buttoned at the neck, showing none of his shirt underneath (which is white). He also wears black jeans and shoes, giving him a very adult looking appearance.

History: Aaron was born on Cinnibar Island, Kanto, where he lived for about 15 years. At the age of just eight, his parents left to work for Team Rocket in Saffron, leaving Aaron as he didn't want to do such a thing. He was taken in by his Aunt and Uncle, who lived on the island, to looked after him for the next seven years. As Team Rocket's reign of terror reached Cinnibar, the local Gym leader Blaine went into hiding with the other Gym leaders. As a result, many fire pokemon were released from the gym and roamed around Cinnibar before Rocket's grunts snagged them all.

However, Aaron did manage to save one pokemon from capture, a Chimchar, who he secretly kept under his care.

Now, Aaron has heard of some refugees in Pallet Town to the north. There he will travel, in the hopes of finding the hiding Gym leaders.

Personality:Aaron is a kind, fun guy to be with. He dislikes his parents for abandoning him the way he did, but he usually says:

"If they don't care, why should I?"

Aaron dosen't let the bad memories get to him and take over his thoughts. Most of the time he simply takes each new day in it's stride and forgets the past. He can also be funny at times, which usually lightens others up when they feel down. If there is one word to fit Aaron's personality, it's optimism.

Gender: Male
Nature: Adamant
Personality: Inferno is a fun loving Chimchar, and is always energetic. However, at times he can be causious and usually seeks guidance from Aaron.

Name: Gary Oak

Gender: Male

Age: 18

Appearance: Gary too is quite a tall boy. He is also quite slim looking and his hair spikes up in all different directions. He wears a basic black shirt and purple trousers/pants, aswell as a sort of talisman around his neck. Gary keeps all his supplies in a brown bag which sits around his waist.

History: Gary was recently taken on as a new apprentice at his Grandfather's lab, as he was quite the researcher. However, when the Rocket thefts began, the whole of Kanto fell into disaster and Gary had all of his pokemon snagged from him. Currently, Gary still resides in Pallet in hiding with his Grandfather and a number of other refugees...

Personality: Gary has two main features to his personality:

Firstly, he can be quite competitive and strives to be one of the best when it comes to pokemon. He occasionally likes to show off his pokemon's power. This side of his personality has come out in flare as he intends to start a new journey to defeat Team Rocket.

Second, he loves to look into pokemon further. Aswell as being competitive, he usually takes time to admire and study these marvelous beasts, in order to enhance his understanding of them...

Name: Flannery Moore

Gender: Female

Age: 19

Appearance: Again, Flannery appears to have quite a slim figure. She is also pretty tall for her age - infact, she is the tallest out of herself, Aaron and Gary. Her hair is very loud in terms of both colour and appearance: it is a very bright red/pink colour and it seems to 'burst' out at the back of her head into a number of directions. Clothing wise, she wears a small black shirt with a fire symbol on it - however this dosen't cover her whole torso. Aswell as this, she wears a pair of blue jeans and has a bag to go over her back.

History: Flannery was continuing to be the Gym leader of Laveridge Town in Hoenn until Team Aqua began to steal all of the pokemon there. Luckily, Flannery managed to escape Laveridge with her Numel and Torkoal, and she went into hiding...

...now, Flannery has decided to seek help from another Fire expert, Blaine. As a result, she has travelled to Cinnibar Island to see if she can find him - only to find out Team Rocket have done to Kanto what Aqua did to Hoenn.

Personality: Flannery can get a bit over exited at times, and she finds herself still learning about the ups and downs of being a trainer/Gym leader. Despite this however, she tries to portray herself as strong and experienced, and dosen't like it when other point out that she's still learning. She also a kind girl and means well to others, however she will defend herself when needed.

(Note* In the anime, Flannery's grandfather's name is Mr. Moore, so I presume that's her surname aswell :P)

Name: Patchouli Satori

Gender: Female

Age: 17

Appearance: Patchouli stands at 5'10" and weighs what a female her height would typically weigh. Despite being 17, her chest still remains to peak, even just a little bit, and is often mistaken to be flat (though this could be due to the clothing Patchouli wears). Her skin is a normal peach, with a darker, crescent moon-shaped birthmark just above her left elbow. Patchouli's eyes are a lovely purple, and might sometimes seem completely black in brighter areas. Patchouli wears dark blue reading glasses when she needs to read. To somewhat match her eyes, Patchouli has lovely amethyst purple hair, which goes straight and ends at her chest. However, in the front of her face she keeps two somewhat long clumps of hair, both which also end around where her chest would be. That hair is able to stay there due to a number of different colored bows Patchouli uses.

As for attire, Patchouli dresses in rather baggy clothing. Her entire outfit is pajama-like, and is made up of a light pink with some shades of purple. The shirt is a bit puffy and looks like it's too big for her, as do her pajama-like shorts, which end just a bit above her knees and have elastic at the end of the sleeves (as do the end of her shirt's arm sleeves). She also tends to wear something resembling a night cap, also of the same shades. The night cap has a yellow crescent moon facing the same way as her birthmark (kinda like this: ") )"; not the best way to show it, personally) just above her left eye. As for her shoes, Patchouli wears ones that are purple and slipper-like. Unlike the rest of her outfit, her shoes appear to fit her just right.

History: Having come from Hoenn (Pacifidlog, to be more specific) after Team Aqua murdered all of Team Magma, Patchouli was more or less homeless and companionless. Her parents were part of Team Magma, but had never told her, and it was too late when she finally found out. Seeing how Archie had his eye on her to be his next victim, Patchouli escaped his clutches by traveling on a boat from Slateport to Vermilion. During the next few weeks she lived there she kept her eye on Team Rocket for any sort of activity. When she heard Giovanni was handing out Pokemon to trainers who happened to be the children of parents who worked for Team Rocket, Patchouli knew this was the perfect chance to exact her revenge on the ones who started snagging Pokemon and gave the other evil organizations a similar idea.

The next part was a bit tricky. In order to make it seem like she really was the child of some adults in Team Rocket, Patchouli did some extensive research. She figured out which couples around 40-60 who had children Patchouli's age had passed away while working in Team Rocket. She managed to find the right couple, two Rocket scientists by the name of "Kochiya" living in Lavender Town until recently. They had a child by the name of Alice, but it was unknown where Alice was at this time. Patchouli foraged a birth certificate to make it seem like she really was the Kochiyas' child Alice, and presented it to Giovanni. Fortunately for Patchouli, Giovanni found the certificate to be legit, but then asked how "Alice" knew her parents were part of Team Rocket. Patchouli made up a false explanation saying she had overheard them speaking about their jobs one night, and had never let them know she was onto them. Despite how cunning Giovanni himself was, he was unable to catch "Alice's" lie and accepted her explanation. She was then given a Pokemon, a female Ralts, to be exact.

Personality: While Patchouli lacks having compassion for people, she makes up for that in her vast knowledge. She has read many books in her lifetime, and can practically answer any question. This sort of knowledge has also given her the wits of a lawyer - she is able to make up legit excuses and figure out loopholes all on her own. Patchouli also has a soft spot for Pokemon, which definitely makes up the fact that she alienates practically everyone around her. She treats all Pokemon the same, despite their size, strength, or even appearance. Patchouli likes to keep herself locked up in a room, and often is unreachable when she does such (she's usually absorbed in a book when she locks herself in).

Chosen Legendary: Jirachi

Name: Mima
Species: Ralts
Gender: Female
Nature: Modest (+Sp. Atk -Atk.)
Personality: As her nature states, Mima is rather incapable of "bragging" or agreeing with someone who thinks greatly of her abilities. She likes to lean over Patchouli's shoulder and sometimes seems to appear as if she is reading along with Patchouli. Mima is a bit outgoing unlike other Ralts, and will gladly hang with other Pokemon if any happen to be around.

(Mm, if there's anything you need me to change... I kinda wanted something different than Patchouli just growing up in Kanto with parents who were part of Team Rocket, so I tried to make something else come of it. So, yeah... I'll change whatever you might want me to change...)

Name: Josephine Rosalea Harris

Gender: Female

Age: 14

Appearance: Josephine proceeded to dry off her thin frame of medium height and build. She then rubbed the moisture out of her red hair, allowing the wet strands to fall to her shoulders, and then dried and brushed it until it was in a suitable enough position for her to wrap a hair tie around it, creating a pony-tail look.

She went over to her closet and removed two hangers, one of which held a bright red sleeveless top, with the other holding a sky-blue miniskirt. The teen dressed herself, before slipping her feet into a pair of brown boots, and casually placed her black sunglasses over her hazel eyes. In the past, she had received criticism from her peers as they wondered why she had come to classes with her sunglasses on, but she ignored them, as it was just a strange mannerism of hers to do that.

History: Josephine was born in Pallet Town. She first came into contact with writing during an encounter with her older sister in their garden, who wrote so beautifully that a couple of the local male trainers were entranced after she'd told them.

Josephine's sister, Tara, died in a car crash when Josephine was nine. With her father, Charles, a paraplegic and bound to stay in a wheelchair for the rest of his life, it was up to Fiona, her mother, to rake in the money. Her older brother had defected from the life of a trainer, so Fiona and Charles disowned him. Her younger, nearly ten-year-old sister, Natalie, and herself were the only Harris children left.

Josephine began her journey at the age of fourteen, four years after she was supposed to.

Personality: Josephine is not a no-nonsense person; though kind and caring, she can be impatient and hyper, too. Due to events that have happened in her life, she is also a bitter cynic, and her sarcastic side shows.

Despite all of that, Josephine has the attribute of leadership. Her caring side reveals itself at that moment, and she is more of a leader than a follower. When she puts forward an idea, it is agreed upon after some consideration from others.

In her spare time, Josephine focuses on writing a book. To her, writing is the only thing worth living for. Not the romance genre, of course… She has many opinions about the horror and thriller genres, some of which one would not want to know about. No, Josephine's appreciation stems from the science fiction and fantasy genres, and will not stop until she finishes. Adding to the problem is Josephine's considerable writing skill; her ability to actually pull others into her expressive writing attracts humans and Pokémon alike.

Name: Riley
Species: Shinx
Gender: Female
Nature: Impish
Personality: Riley was given to Josephine by her older brother, Rowan, as a Pokémon Egg after the seventeen-year-old came back from Sinnoh. After hatching, the female Shinx went out of her way to generally be cheeky at Josephine, often hitting her with small sparks of electricity. If the need ever arose, Riley would not hesitate to put her life on the line to save her trainer. The feisty feline honours Josephine, who she views as her mother, as the red-haired teen was the first thing she saw immediately after hatching. Riley also likes meeting other Pokémon and simply can't get enough of their stunned expressions when she shocks them.

Name: Helena Eos

Gender: Female

Age: 15

Occupation: -

Appearance: At first sight Helena might look like a little angel. She's small for her age, not being any bigger than 5'3. She is also very thin with long and slender limbs. Puberty has been very kind to her through the years, her skin has never had severe attacks of acne and her body has developed some nice curves.
Her face itself is a bit on the small side. She has a true doll-face complete with a button nose. Her eyes are a bit on the big side, being one of the rare things about her that is big. They're very light gray, there is no almost no blue to be found in the iris. Even though she is blonde her eyebrows and eyelashes are a light shade of brown.

As just mentioned her hair is blonde. Her locks are golden blonde in colour and her hair is very thin and wavy. Her bangs are straight but very thin, not the thick kind that covers her entire forehead. There are just a few strands on her forehead, usually pushed aside a bit. The rest of her hair grows to a few CM over shoulder length. It starts more straight but the longer it goes the more heavy the waves get. She sometimes ties her hair into two ponytails over her shoulders and other times she just lets it go. There is always a bit of hair over her shoulder, it never likes to stay completely on her back.

Helena likes to dress in a girly matter. She likes puffy blouses and dresses. Her ordinary outfit consists of a bright orange tanktop with hibiscus flowers printed on it. Over that she wears a loose white blouse with puffy sleeves and buttons. Depending on the weather it is either open completely, somewhat buttoned or completely buttoned up. The blouse itself is slightly see-through so there will always be some orange showing through.
Under that she wears light grey shorts, showing quite some of her skinny legs. They are made out of denim material with some white fading. Also with her is a formal dress in a shade between crème and peach. It is strapless with a tight body and a skirt that flares out with bunched fabric that slightly resembles a rose. The skirt ends little above her knee and is for formal situations. Being the daughter of a rich merchant brings its privileges, one of them is being used to going to a lot of formal affairs. She is always prepared.
Also stuffed in her bag is a black and white two-piece for swimming.

On her feet she normally wears teal low top Converse for comfort. Also stiffed inside her bag is a pair of comfortable black ballet flats with a single strap over the foot.
This infamous bag is a stylish brown and tan messenger bag. She keeps all her stuff in this and is completely in love with it. One of its best features is that you can choose to drape it across the shoulders or just on one side. In this bag is also a large cotton Tee that is way too big for her. She uses this as a night gown since the shirt almost comes down to her knees and its' very comfortable.

Accessory wise Helena doesn't wear that much. She sometimes chooses to wear an orange headband in her hair to keep it out of the way when it's not tied. There's also a rhinestone necklace in the shape of a snowflake that is almost always tied on her neck. Above that is an orange ribbon with a little silver bell on it that is tied almost like a choker.


History: Helena has known luxury all her life. Her father was a supplier for the Pokémon Markets across Kanto. Needless to say they had it pretty good. Her mother was a 'housewife,' but really she just stayed home, sipper her wine and spent her day by the poolside. Not really swimming, no, just sunbathing. They had a nanny to take care of Helena. She was an only child, having no brothers and sisters. Her mother hadn't wanted any more children since the agony that was Helena herself. She also wasn't up to playing mother. The only time her mother wanted her around was at the countless dinner parties she hosted, when Helena had to be the perfect little daughter.

But Helena was never really lonely. She didn't at all miss the whole mother-thing that everyone else had. She had her nanny, who was more than enough. The nanny always let her play wherever she wanted whereas her actual mother always sent her away whenever her girlfriends came over and they drank Cosmos and chatted about things Helena didn't understand. Such as the gardener, and his 'abs' or something like that. She wasn't quite sure what they meant by that, but the women always seemed to enjoy the company of the Gardener and never wanted Helena there when he was near. So she learned to stay away from the pool area.

Needless to say that their house was very large. It was located right by Pallet Town, her father had thought that the quiet town would be in her mother's best interest. He was usually away from them on business trips to check up on business and things like that. Helena might be a bit blonde at times, but she did understand that her 'mother's interest' was not entirely what her mother wanted. In fact, her father thought that she was less likely to have 'fun' when there weren't as many people around. Little did he know her mother always had her ways of having fun.

Her entire life had been quite easy. Helena played inside the house mostly, not being allowed to stray far from the property. She had all the toys she wanted, ate whatever she wanted and she had a tutor for school. But she was getting lonely. She had no one to play with other than the grownups around her.
She also developed quite an obsession for Greek Mythology. Even since finding out her own name was part of it, she got obsessed. She knew everything about it and loved it completely. She was especially entranced by the siege of Troy, being convinced it was all romantic instead of a couple of horny men with big pride fighting over a woman. No surprise that she named her first Pokémon after these myths.


So one day she sneaked out of the house. Nanny was taking a nap and her mother was already at her third Cosmo, no one noticed anything. There had never been any Pokémon in her house other than the Scyther the gardener used to help with the hedges and the polywag that helped wash the dishes. Her parents weren't very big on Pokémon, well her mother was. Her father liked them but he always kept his with him. So imagine little Helena's delight when she found a tiny purple rat just a little behind the house. Little did she know that the rat didn't like being poked with a stick.

The Ratata jumped at her and tried to bite her, but a little boy came to her aid. He was dark skinned with black hair and a spearow to help her out. He chased away the Ratata and they spent the whole afternoon talking. She had never had such an amazing day. From that time on she was determined to become a trainer over these wonderful creatures. She never saw the boy again. When she came home both her mother and nanny were mad at her and forbid her to go out alone again. She did go out with nanny sometimes, but never really found the boy again. Three years later Team Rocket came with their machine.

They definitely had it the best out of most people. They didn't have a lot of Pokémon at her house and those they had weren't good enough to be snatched. Also, instead of doing business with the Pokémon Markets, her father now provided directly to Team rockets. Anything they needed they got from him. They grew richer very fast.
Also, Helena had been driving her mother crazy for three years trying to get her to allow her to travel with a Pokémon. Eventually, after three years, her parents finally gave her consent. Her father arrived with a little green Pokémon, freshly hatched he said. It was quite a rare one and she loved it already. She knew exactly where to go, finally on her own. Convinced everything would be just fine.


Personality: Helena is blonde, in the truest sense of the word. Being a spoiled little rich girl didn't really give her the means to handle life. She is naturally very curious, a feat she shares with her Bulbasaur. She is also very ditzy, she is energetic and bubbly. She is very much "ooh a flower!" type of girl. Her nature is very optimistic. She doesn't like to think negative of anything and always tells people to look on the bright side of life. She has boundless energy and a smile she is not afraid to use. No, really, smiling is her default expression.

She doesn't understand sarcasm very well, often thinking people mean what they say. Helena often points things out that they don't want to have pointed out, because she also doesn't understand why someone wouldn't want to hear the truth.
Helena has this constant need to try and kill herself. Not deliberately of course, it just happens. She doesn't think things through and is a true klutz, these two are not a good combination. Like with the Ratata. Therefore it is not smart to let her loose on the world on her own, she will probably get stranded between a herd of angry Primeape and try to hug one. No seriously, she is that type of girl. Also she might accidentally stumble and almost fall off a bridge. Pity the one that has to put up with her.

Helena also likes to stick around people, not truly getting the fact they don't want this. This might also be the one thing that saves her from a certain death. There is no easy getting rid of her. But she's not the kind to be overly clingy and annoying, sometimes she does get the message to back off. Keyword: sometimes.

She is not always stupid though, she does have some common sense. For some reason, even though she is very clueless in a lot of things, when it comes to romance she does understand things. She will be the one to point out that this person has a complete crush on the other. She also quickly brings mythology into things, always a romanticized version of it. Hades never raped Persephone, instead she accidentally ate the pomegranate seeds and then fell in love with him. That's how it goes in her mind. There's no real need in explaining that she is a romantic and waiting for her knight in shining armor.

Species: Bulbasaur
Gender: Male
Nature: Curious
Personality: As his nature suggests, Pan is a very curious creature indeed. One of his favourite past-times is poking things with his vines. He will poke anything, if it moves or not. This causes him to get into trouble often. Things aren't too keen on being poked. Another treat of his is that he is very rash and doesn't think things through. He doesn't always listen to what he is told and sometimes prefers his own ideas of battling above those of his trainer. He is one to jump into things head first. One might wonder where the two of them will lead, Pan and Helena are both as much dangers to themselves as to others.
