[Other Question] Tileset Ripping from BW

Hi guys!
I'm trying to get some bw tilesets but the ones I've seen so far don't include some specific locations I want to get the tilesets from.
The tilesets are from the following locations: The Liberty Island (more exactly the tower) and the café from Castelia City. link to images: https://imgur.com/a/B37KUvL
I wonder if someone can get them or just teach me how to (and if that person also teaches me how to create new ones I would appreciate it a lot)

It's not the best tutorial out there, but it's really the only one... I guess that does make it the best tutorial.
