Help with load screen

    Hey guys,

    I'm wondering if anyone could help me with RPG maker XP. I want to alter the load screen by aligning the text to the left, recolouring in green (white when highlighted) removing the loadpanels and want to remove the pokemon, trainer sprites, name and location. I have a link of how I would want it to look if that helps?
