    I've found lots of shinys on the gts today but if I tried to trade it said "this pokemon may not be traded!" why does it say that

    Most likely it's because you're trading a legendary for the shiny.

    And the legendaries have been banned.

    Legendaries have not been banned from the gts....It means you're trying to trade a hacked pokemon (one that is of a lower lvl then possible).
