Don't know whether you have Pokemon Home, but it is a free download, and free to use. Through it, especially the GTS trading option, you can trade and obtain a lot of pokemon. There are a lot of ponyta there right now obtainable through trading pokemon like psyduck, poliwhirl, etc. Rapidash requires more complex pokemon like Porygon-z, Sirfetch'd, etc. If you get on there I can send a few pokemon your way.
