Because we haven't have a decent one in a long while, so it'll be nice to randomly make decks for a change instead of randomly make new cards to keep this forum going.

    WC2007 Format yay no raiza
    (Sept 07 Banlist)

    Monsters (19)

    3 Needle Worm
    3 Banisher of the Radiance
    1 Breaker the Magical Warrior
    1 Morphing Jar 1
    1 Card Trooper
    3 Necroface
    3 Morphing Jar 2
    1 Marshmellon
    3 Gellenduo

    Spells (15)

    1 Card Destruction
    1 Fissure
    1 Smashing Ground
    2 Hammer Shot
    3 Gravekeeper's Servant
    1 Level Limit Area B
    1 Book of Moon
    1 Mystical Space Typhoon
    1 Gold Sacrophagus
    1 Foolish Burial
    1 Scapegoat
    1 Swords of Revealing Light

    Traps(10)

    3 Macro Cosmos
    1 Mirror Force
    1 Torrential Tribute
    3 Solemn Judgment
    1 Gravity Bind
    1 Desert Sunlight

    Total: 44

Yes, it has more than 40 cards, because I want to deck them, not myself >_<

Similar to the darn annoying Necroface Lv 5 duelists, but I modified it to focus on decking, because I always come close to losing Necroface by decking myself (and the computer ridiculously saves me by normal summoning necroface to fill up my deck, yay).

With a dedicated build, I think necroface can destroy the deck really fast. With macro cosmos or banisher of the radiance out, I can easily start chains of deck milling through morphing jar 1, card troooper, gold sacrophagus and even foolish burial to send copies of necrofaces to mill maybe at least 10 cards from the opponent's deck. Needle Worms and Morphing Jar 2 are your classical milling power.

The usual stalls are there, except there's no messenger of peace and there are 3 gravekeeper's servant instead. Gravekeeper's servant can help with mill, and also a side effect of stall when Macro Cosmos/Banisher of the Radiance are out. If you can't send cards to the graveyard (Gravekeeper's Servant) then you can't attack ^^ Desert Sunlight is decent to block Nobleman of Crossout and Shield Crash. I really don't care if my monsters live, as long as the flip effect goes through and that is what Desert Sunlight is good at.

(Note: I am actually not sure if Desert Sunlight is in WC2007 because I *don't* think I have one... >>; it better be there.)

So, yeah. It's been a while reading deck fixes isn't it? Brush off the rust on your brutal comments about deck fixing and give them to me :3

Nyu, isn't that supposed to be RMD as in Rate My Deck? ;3 Well, at any rate I'll admit that it's a nice change. Actually, I do have this one freaky lock deck I've been tinkering with but it's still in the n00by planning stage so you people would probably just laugh if you saw it. xD (Though I suppose I could post anyway, for the good of the section and all...hmm...decisions, decisions.)

At any rate, you certainly seem to have most of the standard milling options in there. (Not to mention that you've got the super special awesome Cosmos/Servant combo lock ^0^) Dark Bribe would be a pretty cool protection card here since the regular "cost" of letting your opponent draw a card actually helps your milling strategy, but odds are that WC2007 doesn't have that one, eh? Now is there anything else that can mill like crazy...dang, I suck at this. Never constructed a freakin' mill deck in my life. T_T Seriously, it looks pretty consistent as is. The main problem is getting Cosmos/Banisher onto the field and keeping it there. :3 I'd also say Soul Absorption for the sheer unbridled joy of gaining a bajillion Life Points that you can rub into your opponent's face, but that wouldn't be very competitively viable, would it? ;3

Oh, one question that does come to mind: any particular reason for having Heavy Storm in there? Seeing as how you're relying quite a bit on backfield infrastructure here (Macro Cosmos, Gravekeeper's Servant, Swords, Gravity bind etc.) it seems sort of counter-intuitive to run a card that would blow them all away, especially since this deck doesn't really have any attacking power to speak off anyway. Maybe replace that with Trunade (and the marginal benefit of recycling swords) or something?

*poke poke* Grand Conv--*IS SHOT* (so this is the deck I would be playing against if I ever got your FC...?)

So...you've actually got a pretty nice build here. The idea is definitely sound, but the question you have to ask yourself is: "Will the opponent's deck get milled faster than I get killed?" The locks you have can help, but against the really aggressive decks *coughMONARCHcough* you might not have as much luck.

That's another point: true, you have the stalls and spells to kill once monsters hit the field, but what about beforehand? Monarchs will still smack you before you can do anything, for the most part. I would suggest something along the lines of Crush Card Virus, but there isn't anything to trigger it...

Oh! Where's the DD recursion? Dimension Fusion has obvious reasons not to be in, but what about Survivor (even if it has to leave from the field), Scout Plane (and food for CCV), and RftDD?

(Note: I am actually not sure if Desert Sunlight is in WC2007 because I *don't* think I have one... >>; it better be there.)

Worry not, for it is there.

Now, then......I think I'll follow your lead.........*waltzes off*

I never said this deck got no problems ;; against faster decks it still got plenty of things to work for... just like any other decks that try to win without battle. Also, it has a weird problem to lose to bad decks, because bad decks often screw themselves over in card advantage, and I *need* them to think about card advantage and draw themselves on top of my own mill. lol... it helps a lot to always see card trooper on their side starting the battle with 3 mill to think that they should try to dump to get perfect circle out ;p that's just 3 cards less for me to go (and a likely chance I'll mill their malicious away ANYWAY, making the first dump pointless)

    Destiny Hero Monarch is not as threatening as traditional Monarch with apprentice, spy and that sort of thing. Destiny Hero draws too much for their own good, and frankly cause it's just zaborg and no raiza, they can't do much against all my back row. Now traditional has a higher chance to have a mobius, and thestalos is bad sometimes ripping me card destruction ;_;

I hate scout plane... just because it's always returning in attack mode, which is not worth the damage taken if I am not tributing. D. D. Survivor I considered, but somehow I mill them more than I get them. I tried soul absorption and also the same result, but that can be a luck related thing of just playing bad games.

The other worry I have is skill drain, but online metagame not really caught up for i don't know why reason, and still haven't seen skill drain burn yet... not that i play a lot online but yes, the worry is there. I only have one mystical space typhoon against the 3 skill drain and the 3 solemn judgments x.x; (which they also have 3 of)

There, deck size increased again as well. I'm still a bit iffy about Survivor, cause that may tempt my morphing jar 2 to mill even more for myself. We'll see. No there's better choices than Survivor, I realized, ehehe.

The deck does have some ability to really strike back. Banisher of the Radiance's lv 3 status is of course, incredible with the 2 stall cards. Morphing Jar #2's ability to always make monsters facedown with their usual crappy defense helps too. Necroface is a terror if need to be. Now with 5 copies of indestructible by battle, it may have longer lasting power too.
