    Have you found a gltch in 3rg gen games?i found one.
    Requirmets:
    chaosblack version
    Firered or leafgreen

    Ivysaur with A thunderbolt
    1.choose magid as a starter,then train it until it evolves and learns thunderbolt.
    2.Trade magid to your other game(fr/lg).
    3.you will now receive an ivysaur with a thunderbolt
     
    I beleive discussion of hacks is prohibited in this section.
