I'll probably try helping you with my adobe... in rendering and styling stuff I think.

Can't wait to see more of your uploads!

Hey i can do banners. I've done plenty for hacks and stuff.
    So i'll help out!!

They're... honestly all LQ and pretty bad. :/ You shouldn't just google up some backgrounds and slap a render on top of it. A banner takes a lot more than that. All of your work looks like it's done in under a minute. Take a look at some tutorials in the sticky threads in this section. :]

I've only just started just over a week ago. Doing this has just helping me get started. Some have been straight my creation and not just a slapped on background

Like Cherii said, these are low quality, and aren't that good.
I suggest reading the tutorials from this thread.
If you keep practicing, and reading some tutorials,
I'm sure you'll start to improve.
You can also get all the resources you need from that thread,
    so you should be set.
Good luck, and I hope I helped.

Like Cherii and stats said, mst of these banners kinda fail =/

Of course, nobody's good when they first start out, with some practice and such I'm sure you'll improve.

Also, try and find your own style to work with, and then add more effects than just pictures, text, and a backround. Look through the galleries here and find some than the inspiration for your own style. They also give you ideas on what to put on your artwork, and using tutorials when you first start out is the best. Then, you can stop using the tutorials and start making art on your own, and I garuntee they'll be better than the ones your making right now. You want to practice as much as you can ^_^

    You have awesome work
