    Characteristics: The special form of Water-types, it add to it's advantage to Grass-types. High in Sp. Attack and Sp. Def(usually), somewhat low in pure Attack and Defense. Speed and HP is good. What it lacks is annoying moves. The bane of Dragons. Rarity in battles: 45/100


    Rules

    2. Choose any of the chosen Ice-type pokemon.

    3. Follow the PokéCommunity rules(most important).

    4. Spamming is banned unless the Field Marshal or General decides it's the right time to do that.

    5. Inactivity here will result in demotion of a rank.

    6. If you have a question, read the CSS again. If you're still confused, PM the Field Marshall.

    If one has my favorite pokemon, can I have one too?
    You may. Only 4-types are allowed.

    How can I rank up?
    Just be active and follow the rules.

    Can I post a topic?
    If you're Lieutenant and up, you may. Posting of bad or silly topics will result of your demotion to Buck Private.

    Warnings?
    You may receive one if you broke one of the rules. After 4 warnings, you'll be kicked out.

    What are the responsibility of each ranks?

    I'm so joining. XD no sign up sheet yet! I'll make you some banners and stuff just like the rest of the clubs I'm in (More Art to put on my site XD). I had a hard choice between Sneasel, Swinub and Spheal but in the end it had to be Sneasel! And if you want I can make an Affiliates between this group and mine! And don't worry, Haven't forgotten bout your sig request, my laptop's run out of battery
