Wow, how in the world did you find all of these? And do they still give them out?

-Years of research(Seriously. I have to go through every single one of the 251 GSC Pokemon and carfully examine their Movepools on things like GSC Netbattle and whatnot)

-No. The events have long passed.

I want a Reversal Magikarp, because Gyarados couldn't get Earthquake until RSE, leaving it with just Normal Moves, Rock Smash, and Hidden Power Physical as it's Physical Movepool D:

Wow and I was going to the Nintendo store (formely knowed as the Pokemon Center in NYC) and wanted to see if this still occurred. A Donphan with Absorb is pretty cool, Golduck with Petal Dance, I didn't even know it was a 2nd generation move

What I found interesting about some of these moves was that even though some become TMs or Movetutors in later gens, some of the Pokemon that that got them via NYPC in 2nd Gen can't get them currently (Like Venusaur and Ancientpower)

Some of these moves are pretty pointless(Most of all Splash Sunflora), but others are GSC Musts competitively, like Lovely Kiss Nidos, Leech Seed Vileplume, and Growth Espeon.
