    Year 2019, Kanto.__________________________________________
Why are we humans so vile? Machines meant to do good, to love and to succeed; but that much rather fail and hate.
One would think that in this year, a lot of things would be sorted out. It is natural to think that medicine is at its peak, that technology has made arduous tasks much easier and that a number of social problems have been solved. One could hope that the Whirlpool War, the great territory and resource war that involved all nations, was now a thing a thing of the past. At the very least, you could hope that there was now a sky filled with flying cars. But the world isn't like that. Let's examine a storming timeline that defies reality.

    Year 2009, Kanto.__________________________________________
Rise and fall, rage and grace

This year was a great year for the region. For the first half of it, their economy grew noticeably and Pokémon wildlife increased. Technology reached the maximum attainable level in June, and many machines were set to be released by 2010. In the last 6 months of the aforementioned year, however, something went horribly wrong. Daily, 20 murders were announced on the news. Huge robberies and frauds, kidnapping and assault. That was what was on TV 25/8. People suspected it to be a job of a criminal team, but after the assumed disbandment of Team Rocket last year, it was impossible that any of the smaller teams could've done all that. Population hadn't ever been at a lower point. The morale of people disappeared, and a number of terrorist attacks nullified the nation. By December, the region was at its worst.

    Year 2010, Hoenn.__________________________________________
    Let's start a riot

After the fall of Kanto, Hoenn became the most powerful of the regions. Not because it developed, but because the on place ahead of it was now the worst of the four. Hoenn minded its own business for the first trimester of the year, but by April, a devastated Kanto pleaded for help. The chances of Kanto coming back to normal seemed to be none, but the government of Hoenn decided to help anyway. That way, Kanto would owe it a favor. A big one, that is. After sending millions and millions of dollars to help Kanto rebuild and after encouraging tourism to the nation, Hoenn went through problems of its own. The loan it made to Kanto caused the pricing of many things to increase; yet no more job opportunities appeared. The people revolted. Government ways were wrecked, and not too long afterwards Hoenn was found in the same way Kanto saw itself before the economic boost. Leaders of the nation were murdered and the region began a slow and painful process of decay Oh, and to make things worse, the fact that Hoenn couldn't support Kanto anymore led the nation into the hole it found itself a while back.

Year 2010, Sinnoh. Hall of Origin._____________________________
    A baffled king composing 'Hallelujah'

This is not what he created them for. Arceus cried.

Two of the four nations were in ruins. All because of the selfishness of the humans he created. He knew what was coming, and he knew how painful it would be; but it wasn't the same feeling that pain. Arceus pondered. Did humans really deserve to live? Maybe that question needed to be answered now. Arceus would put them to test. Failure was not an option.

    Year 2011, Johto.___________________________________________
Can't you help me as I'm starting to burn?

About time for Johto to lead the others. Kanto and Hoenn wanted help from Johto now, but seeing how Hoenn did after lending a hand, Johto denied the offer. While living inside its own, prolific bubble, Johto kept a steady pace for the year, but one certain day in August, a ravaging earthquake struck every single inch of the nation. The most fatal natural disaster to strike any of the nations obliterated Johto. Not only did it obliterate more than half of the population, but it also destroyed the Global Goldenrod Bank and everything inside. Anybody with a coin in any of the four nations now had nothing. Even the richest of the companies in any of the four regions were bankrupt now. The whole world had lost hope. Now only Sinnoh could be called a civilization, but this wouldn't last long.

    Year 2012, Sinnoh.__________________________________________
    Just what I needed

Sinnoh stood on top of a very tall hill now. It had more than double the money than all other regions put together. The only hope of survival was relying on company and people that didn't have their savings stored on the Global Goldenrod Bank, and those weren't many. They were so few, actually, that it was a matter of months before Sinnoh was approaching the dead state of the other nations. So what was the most logical thing to do? Invade them, of course! Sinnoh would use this time of peril to extract any resource from the nations and pray for survival. Sinnoh named this operation Whirpool War, but any other than the Sinnoh government used the name Regional Raid. It wasn't Ok to just go in there and steal everything, but who would fight back?

Year 2012, Sinnoh. Hall of Origin._____________________________
I'll send God's grace tonight. Could it be found?

    Arceus cried. The humans failed.
A time of unity after the earthquake Arceus sent was what he expected, but instead, he gets a nation willing to kill all others in their misery in order to survive. Arceus didn't like it, and now he was sure of something. Humans didn't deserve to live. They were too bad. And too stupid. Why would an intelligent being kill exterminate his own specie? The only problem Arceus had now was: How would he end with humanity?

    Year 2015, all regions._______________________________________
Sail away where no ball and chain can keep us from the roarin' waves.

The Great Migration occurred. For unknown reasons, all Pokémon began to inhabit all regions, and know Bastiodon on Kanto weren't unusual. Short afterwards, though; the A-Poké-Lypse occurred, and around 90% of the Pokémon died of unknown reasons. Naturally, no one bothered to move the corpses.

    Year 2019, Kanto.___________________________________________
You and me have a disease. You affect me, you infect me.

Piece of text extracted from Sgt. DeMoss' journal.

"… and today, seven years after the Whirlpool War started, we're almost done. In fact, we're in Viridian Forest right now waiting for Thompson to come back and meet us here. We should retreat to Sinnoh tonight. We can't take it anymore. It is now proven; all humans and Pokémon in the region are dead. In my many months here, I haven't seen any other live being except for my squad. Strangely, though; Ontiveros was found dead yesterday. His organs were clinging out of his stomach and they seemed… chewed on. He displayed several bruises and scars; as well as severe fractures. Our guns couldn't that, but we know all Pokémon are dead. What could've caused that? Aliens? A wild survivor Pokémon? A… A zombie? We don't know. I don't care. All I know is that I want to leave. I've been hearing strange noises near our camp and I th—…"

The text ends there because the rest of the page seems to be scratched off. The page displays several bloodstains.

    Year 2020, Sinnoh.____________________________________
    ______
    Who you gonna call? Zombiebusters?

It's been a year since the squads in Kanto, Johto and Hoenn began to disappear, and Sinnoh decided to retreat their troops. And did they do it in a good time. Today, there was a strange sighting in Sinnoh. On a Pokémon cemetery, the creatures began to rise. Undead Nidoking, Dodrio and Muk sprung out of their graves and destroyed Eterna City. They killed all of the humans and Pokémon there, and shortly afterwards, their victims rose again. The large number of undead were stopped by guns and bullets, and this event confused the government. All over Sinnoh, the churches prayed for Arceus to come down and save them, for they knew the apocalypse was here. Zombies didn't come from some sort of virus. Only a god could wake the undead.

But while the preachers prayed, headless Kabutops sliced their heads off.

The zombies weren't smart beings. They seemed to kill only to feed on the prey. They worked together to kill a target, but after he was downed, they'd attack each other to see who got the first bite. Every aspect of them was primitive. No matter what Pokémon specie it was, all the zombies were very vicious and weren't afraid of dying in order to harm their target. However, it was billions of them. Every Pokémon that had ever existed was now roaming with a missing limb, rotten skin and broken bones.

In a couple of months, everyone in Sinnoh was killed from the attacks of hordes of zombies. The human race was virtually extinct, except for a few survivors in the completely destroyed Kanto.

    Year 2021, Kanto.___________________________________________
Lights will guide you home and ignite your bones

La Resistencia was born. It wasn't called The Resistance because a foreign language'd be cooler, and La Résistance was too used. All remaining survivors, many people of different ages and classes, were kinda forced to join. The humans gathered food and weapons and began to build checkpoints around Kanto, setting up small shelters and even managing to resuscitate a weak phone and radio line. Guns and ammo to last a lifetime were gathered, a machine gun turret was attached to every possible vehicle, and every day new searches for survivor all over the region held place. For a year, La Resistencia had two missions: clear Cinnabar Island to carry all survivors there and hope to begin a new age of the human race and look for survivors all over the region. People in Johto and Hoenn and Sinnoh could die, whatever. After a year, the first mission succeeded, and Cinnabar is now the only place in Kanto that is not infested with zombies. The second mission, however…

Year 2021, Sinnoh, Hall of Origin._____________________________
    Don't know what you've got ( Till It's Gone )

Arceus looked down at his undead-infested world. How had this been possible? Humans managed to survive. He probably should've ended their lives right then, but he realized that this was a perfect time for humans to work together to stay alive.

    Year 2022, Kanto.__________________________________________
Everybody's gone, and I've here for too long to face this on my own. Well I guess this is growing up…

    You continue the story now…

Long story short, zombies invaded Kanto and you have to make your way through to La Resistencia so they take you to Cinnabar and you live happily ever after :D
This is how the RP will roll. You will play a character that will be found by my character, a member of La Resistencia, and from there we will roam all over Kanto finding survivors in an attempt to carry as most survivors as possible to Cinnabar at the end. You will get cooler weapons and stuff as we progress, and you'll eventually join La Resistencia. And there's a ton of zombie killing, too. If it's not clear enough yet, the RPG takes places in a completely ravaged Kanto. It's a simple concept, but let's see what we can play out of that :A

    Rules_______________________________________
1.-Let's go real generic here. First rule's grammar. Running a spell check isn't hard, and while I won't judge a misplaced semi-colon, please make your posts as clear as possible. Check capitalization, too.
2.-You must fill a Bio App to get in. No duh. Also, of course, it won't be first come first serve. Create the coolest character you can.
3.-Stick to the plot. No random, sudden changes on the story line; unless we've talked about it first.
4.-Let's do our best to maintain a post cycle/order. If were in a part where characters split up or someone doesn't post, however, a cycle is not needed.
5.-No killing other characters. There's plenty of something to waste lead on.
6.-No power playing. A gazillion zombies > You most of the time. Sorry.
7.-I don't really think we need many rules; I confide you people know how to play in an RP.
8.-Anything else I want you to know is said later on on this post.
9.-Each of the phrases under the year in the timeline, the phrases in italics, are a reference to a song or album. If you can guess all of them you're awesome.
10.-I didn't want to end the rules in 8. Ten is such a good number. Alright now, I'm obviously not good at making rules, let alone directing roleplays. My last attempt was a miserable fail. Bear with me (:

    Bio App:____________________________________

    Name: (First and Last)
    Gender: (Choose carefully)
Age: (There is no age restriction, but for the sake of you, I recommend not playing anyone under 14 or anyone above 65.)
Occupation: (If any. This is occupation before or during the Whirlpool War or the Outbreak.)

Appearance: (You know the drill. no images, please. Let the character picture come up from your written text. This includes attire and any notable accessory.)

Personality: (Yeah… I don't really like to write Personality, not only 'cause I suck, but because I guess that it will eventually be played out. But give us an overview.)

Weapons: (I don't want to set a limit here, so be realistic and comprehensive. A character won't be able to carry 2 shotguns, a sniper rifle and a grenade launcher at once. What I recommend here is a long weapon, a handgun or two and a close-quarter combat weapon. ALSO take into consideration that La Resistencia owns most of the weapons in the RP. You'll get them later own, so remember to start only with what will keep you alive in the beginning. Let's keep it simple. You have to include how you got your weapons. Also, it'd be pretty awesome if you use household items, or any other thing that's not a firearm, as a weapon. It'd make a lot of sense.)

History: (With everything that happened from the year 2009 to today, you have hell of a lot material to work with here. After reading the story, I will specially look for some details here. These are: how did your character survive the Whirlpool War and the Outbreak and how or why did he get to Kanto, taking into consideration he is from another region. Pallet Town, more specifically, 'cause we will start from there.)

Pokémon: (These will be your Pokémon for the whole game. Zombified Pokémon can't be caught, and if a Poké Ball is thrown at a zombie, it won't open; for it won't register making contact with a live being. You can have 6 Pokémon. You are entitled to 2 fully evolved Pokémon, 2 second stage Pokémon, and 2 basic/baby Pokémon. If you want less than 6 or all basic Pokémon, that's fine by me; as long as you don't have like, 3 fully evolved Pokémon and so. You can change the limit as long as it is to a lower one. Note that there is no PC Storage system.)

Other: (Any other thing worth taking a look at.)

    This RP...strikes my interest.

I'd like to reserve a spot, too. Hopefully I'll get something done tonight if procrastination doesn't get the better of me...

((Fret not, people, I haven't considered a character limit, so for now, there's no need to reserve. Just post on ;D i've also submitted an OOC thread, but it is yet to be accepted. Once it is, though, well, OOC, including sign-ups, shall go there.))

    Name: Aaron Nevaeh Hill
    Gender: Male
    Age: 28
Occupation: Soldier. Before being drafted he was a traveling repair man, who could be called upon to fix everything from cars to swords to guns

Appearance: Aaron is a tall man, one who stands at around 6'8 and that has a thick frame to accompany it. He is muscular, with well defined biceps, triceps, and abs that reflect many years of military training. When flexed, his muscles are very well visible, but in any other time, he has a slender build, a lá Bruce Lee. All of this is wrapped in a semi-pale skin.

His face is wrinkled from the years of stress living in a region of zombies has produced, which combines with his matted and poorly cut brown hair to make him seem much older than he actually is. This effect is bolstered by his brown eyes, which a weary-ness to them that show they have witnessed many gruesome and tragic sights. His lips are dominated a large scar on the right side, and covered in others scars small enough to be mistaken for wrinkles at a distance. His teeth were a grimey yellow from years being unable to brush properly. His right eyebrow had been seared off longs ago, while his left was regrown over a scar given to him in his stay at celadon city. His nose remained fairly normal, and was the only sign that a normal person was still underneath the scars and wrinkles of the man that stands today.

His aged face was constantly hidden by a large black helmet, foraged from a corpse in celadon. It's top and sides were marred by a multitude of scratches, and a large crack on the back. In the area where a visor would normally be on such a helmet, there was instead a set of night vision goggles which Aaron had jury-rigged into the helmet. He were a green T-shirt over a red one and underneath a black leather jacket which he kept tightly closed to avoid leaving any areas vulnerable to attack. Over his hands he wore thick falconers gloves he poached from the corpses of a bird keeper on the cycle rode. His boots were the only remnants of his old military uniform, he kept them because they were thick enough to protect his feet. For pants he had on two pairs of blue jeans. These clothes allowed no skin to be seen and served as a sort of fuax body armor. They had many cuts on them but otherwise served there purpose very well.

Personality: He is very stern, but he is not one to turn away a person in need. However he will not compromise the safety of himself or his pokemon for others. This is because the companionship with his pokemon is the only thing that makes him happy. At times he loses faith in the face of repeated days spent staving off death for the sake of living, when this happens, he looks to his own middle name for encouragement. He remembers when he asked his parents about and they told him it was heaven spelled backwards, and this makes him remember that hope still exists in the world.
He is very close to his pokemon, having had his empolean since he was ten. He is closest with him, but he still loves all his pokemon. This only extends to his pokemon though, and he'll annihilate any that present a danger to himself or his pokemon with extreme prejudice, and he detests zombies and feels no remorse for rekilling them. However, he does feel a twinge of sadness whenever he has to fight a zombified corpses of a traveler he had sent on his or her way with only some food

Weapons: For melee combat, he uses three things. One is a farming shovel, about six feet is length with a grey and chipped metal tip. His second weapon is a silver colored crowbar, about 4 feet long, with an old-school bayonet taped to the end of it. Do to the weapons' length, he frequently carries only one of them to save room. His third weapon is a simple metal chain, which carries great momentum when swung

He also has a few handguns looted from abandoned police offices, which he carries in a duffel bag on his right side. The bag itself can also be modified to serve as a weapon by undoing one of its holding straps and using it as a flail.

After he joins up with the resistance, he acquires a katana and sawed off shotgun.

History: He was born in Sinnoh, on Iron Island, as an only child .His parents were miners, and he would often take a look at the mining equipment to pass the time. This is what first started him on his path towards becoming a repair man. At the age of 8 he received his first pokemon, a Piplup, from a visiting professor named Rowan. He journeyed into Iron Island to train, But a tragic accident caused a cave in. Working together with his piplup, he escaped and Piplup evolved into Prinplup. During the ordeal, he made his first capture, a Gabite. His family then moved to Floaroma Town to prevent a repeat of the incident. His parents became steel workers in the Fuego Ironworks, and the owner, Ramone Fuego, gave him a Magmar as a welcome gift. About 2 monthes later, He caught a Heracross off of a honey tree. Four years later, Aaron decided to go off on a pokemon journey and headed to Oreburg City to challenge Roark. After he won, Roark gave him a Cranidos as a gift. However, at this time a new law in Sinnoh raised the legal age for pokemon training to 16, so he was forced to return home. Deciding to forego a career in training, he studied hard and became a repair man in order to make money. However, one year after starting his career, he was drafted into the army. Soon he was shipped off to Kanto to help his country take over. He spent eight years in Kanto, Seeing thing he wished he hadn't, but he perservered for the sake of his country. After the zombies began appearing, he was separated from his unit. He was near Celadon city, so he went there to see if he could find his unit. He couldn't, so he scavenged for supplies. He found a shovel and a crowbar. He camped out in the abandoned department store, only leaving so he could acquire tools to repair a damaged motorcycle he found. He covered his body from head to toe, under the assumption that he could become a zombie if he was bitten. He eventually finished it, and escaped Celadon. He began to search for Sinnoh soldiers, but all he found were corpses and zombies.

Soon he ran out of bullets for his Rifle(army issued), so he abandoned it, taking the bayonet so he could attach it to his crowbar. His search eventully lead him to pallet town. While looking for soldiers, his bike was destroyed, so he holed up in oak's old labratory. He found he was not alone, as he found a baby Charmander who had been hiding there and eating the pokemon food stored there. He adopted it, and trained it alongside his own pokemon. He hid in the lab ever since.

Pokémon: Charizard, Empoleon, Heracross, Magmar, Gabite, Cranidos

His Pokemon are all extremely close to him. Despite this, He didn't nickname them until about 1 year ago
Blaze the Charizard: Being his newest Pokemon, Charizard is still trying to find acceptence among Aaron's Pokemon. He has thus far succeeded in gaing the acceptence of every pokemon except Empoleon. He has a slight larger wingspan than most Charizard and his front fangs are about 6 inches long, giving him a sabertoothed appearence

Delores the Cranidos: She looks just like any other Cranidos except for a large scar on the right side of her face. She is in a relationship with Aaron's Gabite

Heracles the Heracross: Heracross has a large crack down his horn, as well as a large chest scar. Despite this he is a large show-off

Magenta the Magmar: Magenta is Aaron's most unique pokemon. Where most Magmar are red, she is magenta. and where normal Magmar are yellow, She is blue. Because of this, she is very vain about her looks.

Dracomir the Gabite: Dracomir is very protective of his mate, Delores. Therefore he will not stop rampaging for a week if she is hurt. He is also Aaron's tallest pokemon, standing about as tall as Aaron himself

Empoleon: Empoleon is Aaron closest pokemon and almost never goes inside her pokeball. She has dozens of scars on her body, although none have been there less than a year.

    Other:
He is a fan of country music and sings in times of stress. Some of his favorite singers are Alan Jackson and Toby Keith. He also enjoys old movies, his favorite ironically being Frankenstein

((jcogginsa, your sign-up is declined. :/
Your sign-up is very lacking. Let's break it down on parts.
Occupation; ok, I see, you were in the army.Cliché, but it's not like I didn't expect it. The 'did odd jobs' part caught my eye. It would be interesting if you elaborated on that. What kind of jobs? How many jobs did he have? Where? Why?

Then, appearance. You appearance section is vague, it's too simple, man. That could be arranged into one sentence, two at the most. I'm sure you can do better than that, a lot. I mean, the only physical trait you state is that he is 6'8. That's not good. Really. What's his body frame? Is he strong? Fat? Thin? What's the color of his skin? Is it smooth? Does he have any scars or tatoos or any other distinguishable trait? What are the color of his eyes? How long is his hair, and what's the color it sports? You know, that could go on and on. The clothing could be really more described, too.

Personality, well, I can't even comment, because there's none. I stated that I didn't like writing personalities either, but I need an overview, and if I put it in the SU, it has a purpose. I dissaprove the phrase "I don't really know how I'm going to play a character until i start playing him."

Weapons, well, I thought your idea was original, but impossible. Taking away the fact that I don't want anyone using vehicles (other than Pokémon) at this point in the game, there are a few other reaons why I don't see this happening. Where did he get the tools to build the car, and how did he get the knowledge for doing so? On an 'odd job'? That could've been specified. Also, it's a long way from Sinnoh to Kanto, and La Resistencia has all the fuel. How did the kart get there? Go-Karts aren't all terrain vehicles. So yeah... That isn't viable. You can have the handguns, though. In fact, I'd like you to have something stronger because your character was in the army. I loved the idea of crowbard and spade.

History, well, it's a good base, but it could be greatly elaborated. I picture the concept, but I'd like this section to have a lot of more detail.

    Pokémon; that's Ok.

Other; well, if you have no way to check it, I reccomend you type more slowly, then. And proofread, because that would help. Remember a space after periods and commas.

So yeah, all in all, declined. Doesn't meet my standard, bro, sorry. If you want to get in, follow the advice I made in this post. Don't specifically answer to what I asked, though. Make a story out of it.))

I know you said sign-ups should go in the OOC once it's up (which it is, of course XD), but seeing how it's probably easier to post an SU here, I'll do it. If need be, I'll delete this post (and copy the SU I have) and post it in the OOC.

    Name: Kanon Evangeline Symphonia
    Gender: Female
    Age: 17 (going on 18)
Occupation: Being born in December of 2004, Kanon never had the opportunity of actually taking up a job. She was only 7 when the Johto empire collapsed, and could never work for Sinnoh after she heard about the Whirlpool War from spies. As of right now she goes around playing sweet but haunting melodies on her ocarina to soothe the hearts of the many Johto citizens that lost their homes. She never expected anything out of them, just that they would listen to her play while such a disaster raged on.

Appearance: Kanon stands at roughly 5'10", considerably tall for a girl her age. She doesn't have any sort of muscle structure, although her legs are considerably strong and well-built due to her walking all across Johto. While she tends not to give her weight, it is most likely the average weight for someone her height and age, as she has no excess fat sticking out. She is a D-cup, which is also unusual for a female built like herself. Kanon's skin was once of a bright, peachy color, but overtime turned very pale, almost an ivory sort of color. Her eyes are a sapphire blue, bluer than any sea, and seem to hide the hint that Kanon wishes to survive no matter what the cost. Her hair is a pale white-blonde, and is a bit on the short side, ending just after her ears. The most peculiar part of her body would have to be an unusual marking that developed overtime as her skin grew more pale. The mark could only be described as something shaped like an eighth note, located on her left shoulder. It is of the same peachy color Kanon once had, which she figures must've been hard to see during that time. What she found to be even stranger was that after this mark appeared, her musical talent soared, although it could be just a coincidence.

As for general attire, Kanon wears something a peasant might wear. Her top is a royal blue, though it has faded a bit and seems to have turned into something like a periwinkle in certain areas. The top is ragged, with both sleeves seemingly cut off. The end of the collar seems to start at her chest, although black threads forming a wide "x" holds the remainder of the sleeves together so they wouldn't fall and reveal anything. Kanon's shorts are also something less than desirable. While they are comfy, they are also worn and well-used, and the number of holes in the front prove it. The leg holes also seemed to be cut off, probably to avoid any excess heat. The shorts are of a silver gray color, though they might as well been black before. For footwear, Kanon was lucky enough to find a pair of white slippers lying around. Although they aren't too great for walking around excessively, they are much more comfortable than if Kanon had to walk barefoot.

As for accessories, Kanon isn't one to accessorize too often. However, she wears a charm around her neck that her late mother gave to her a week or two before the earthquake. The chain the charm is attached to is genuine silver, and the charm itself is a golden coin, with an eighth note engraved in the center. The engraved music note is supposed to represent the symbol of Kanon's bloodline. The gold represents Kanon's heart ("a heart of gold") while the silver represents her soul ("a soul of silver"). Kanon may occasionally wear a gold bangle on her left arm and a silver one on her right, but due to both being a bit uncomfortable and easily able to slip off, Kanon doesn't wear either as often. Both also represent her heart and soul.

Personality: Kanon started off rather shy, avoiding eye contact with anyone she met except her parents. She spent some time in her childhood off in her own world, imagining all sorts of things that she wished could happen in real life. After the earthquake struck, though, Kanon seemed to undergo a complete personality change. The change seemed to occur after her parents' lives were whisked away by the earthquake. It was then that Kanon became more outgoing, feeling a need to help anyone and everyone who lost their homes and family. She began devoting her life to such people, often times forgetting to watch out for her own. She has become ill numerous times for neglecting her own health in order to watch over others, quite the opposite from how she was before the earthquake. Kanon also gained a bit more of an aggressive demeanor, wanting to battle anyone who had a Pokemon. However, during battling itself, Kanon would try and figure out her opponent's moves and then strike. She preferred taking battles more slowly, mainly so her Pokemon wouldn't get hurt as fast if they went all-out at full force. It has been noted by many that Kanon would go so far as to give her own life up for the sake of her Pokemon.

Weapons: Kanon's blue-and-white, clay carved eight-hole ocarina. Kanon is able to emit high-pitched sounds from it, and although it has no effect on humans, such sounds can pierce the ears of Pokemon, often causing them to faint, although there have been times in which such noises actually enrage the Pokemon, or even come to Kanon. Kanon's other weapons are three daggers. The daggers have a silver blade, which are all rather sharp, though this could be because Kanon had never used any of the daggers before. The bases are from an elm tree, and also have the symbol of the Symphonia bloodline (the eighth note) engraved in the bases. However, the engraved notes have all been filled with melted gold, once again representing Kanon's heart, much like the silver of the blades representing her soul. Kanon is better at fighting close-range if she needs to fight at all, though if need be, she can throw her daggers from a distance, due to them being incredibly light and with astounding traveling distances. Both the ocarina and the daggers were given to her by her late mother.

History: As a young girl, Kanon grew up in the historical yet placid Ecruteak City, in the Johto region. She had always dreamt of living a life of leisure, being able to make a living only by playing music. Her parents taught her around the age of three to play the ocarina, and Kanon has since then practiced everyday for at least an hour. She was given a decent education, although she never attended school. It was then in 2009 that she heard about what was going on in Kanto. Feeling that there wasn't going to be any problem in Johto, Kanon carried on with her normal life. And then she heard about Hoenn's downfall. Once again, it was no problem Kanon needed to be concerned about. She continued carrying on her normal life as a young girl.

And then, disaster struck in 2011. The massive earthquake hit Johto, taking the lives of many. Kanon's parents were among those lives taken. Although Kanon wished to help them survive by having one of her Flying Pokemon carry them, her parents told her that she should be the only survivor, and that she should carry on the Symphonia name. Although Kanon regretted not saving her parents' lives that day, she learned to accept their loss and that she was not going to live the leisurely life she had always dreamed of. She was only six, going on seven, at the time. And, as worst came to worst, the Whirlpool War followed soon after the earthquake. As she watched Sinnoh troops invade her hometown, Kanon went into hiding. She found it absolutely horrifying that Sinnoh would rather invade everyone than help out. This made her realize that that was what she had been doing, only she had never given a care about Kanto or Hoenn in the first place. As she was hiding, Kanon would come to any existing Johto citizen and play a bittersweet tune on her ocarina. This gave her the name as the "Peace Harbinger of Johto".

In 2015, a strange malady swept over the entire world, and most of the Pokemon suddenly died. Kanon's Pokemon were lucky to survive, though Kanon believed it was because of the charm her mother had given her a week before the earthquake struck. Kanon wanted to know the cause of this strange malady, but knew she couldn't do anything on her own. She was only a 10-11 year old. She also wondered why no one ever decided to move the corpses of Pokemon. It became common to find the body of a deceased Hoothoot or Pidgey now, wherever Kanon walked. She also noticed the bodies of Pokemon that shouldn't have belonged in the Johto region, though they had recently shown up, right before the malady.

Kanon soon heard of the journal entry from the Viridian Forest in 2019. And then, in 2020, the zombies appeared in Sinnoh. She felt that they deserved to have such a thing happen to them. It was then she noticed there were hardly any survivors left in Johto. Everyone had either died, or were else taken by Sinnoh troops. It seemed as though Kanon was the only one left. It was then that she chose to travel to Kanto, where it all started. She travelled through Tohjo Falls and eventually wound up in Viridian City. She realized there were still some survivors here, despite the fact that Kanto had fallen first. The survivors, however, were rather hostile, and forced Kanon down towards the small Pallet Town. Afterwards, they told her of La Resistancia, and Kanon realized that if she were to join, this would be the perfect opportunity to build relations and carry on her parents' final wish: to rebuild the Symphonia clan.

Pokémon: Kanon has a full team of six. Her first-stage Pokemon usually stay out of their balls unless she needs to use her ocarina to knock out any sort of Pokemon.

    Rose
    Female Salamence
    Adamant Nature (+Atk. -Sp. Atk.)
    No Oddities
Kanon's first Pokemon. At first, Rose was very disobedient and often got herself into trouble. This was because she was received from overseas, from Hoenn, even though she arrived as an egg. After a while, though, Kanon's ocarina tunes soothed Rose's naughty soul, and Rose became quite the opposite as she was before. She evolved into a Shelgon a year or two before the earthquake, and into a Salamence a year or so after the earthquake. Rose knows a variety of attacks, but some of her mostly used ones include Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, and Roost. Rose doesn't like being around other Pokemon much, and will usually attack any she considers to be the slightest bit threatening.

    Cruz
    Male Aggron
    Brave Nature (+Atk. -Spd.)
    No Oddities
Kanon's second Pokemon. Also brought over from Hoenn in an egg, Cruz was a lot more calm than Rose. He was also fearless, and would often stand up to any stronger Pokemon as an Aron. When Cruz evolved into a Lairon, a bit after Rose evolved into Shelgon, he became more violent towards other Pokemon, attacking any he saw to prove he was the best. Kanon was able to calm him down every so often, but would fail from time to time. Finally, when Cruz became Aggron, a bit before Rose evolved again, he gained the same personality traits he had as Aron, and stopped attacking other Pokemon for no reason. Cruz's favorite moves include Brick Break, Iron Defense, Earthquake, and Iron Tail. He has also used Iron Head and Metal Claw, but Cruz had never seemed to like either move as much. Out of all Kanon's Pokemon, Cruz seems the most concerned of the recent changes to the world, and will express this by beating his chest and let out a loud roar.

    Rosary
    Female Quilava
    Modest Nature (+Sp. Atk. -Atk.)
The flames that come out of Rosary's back are of a lighter color scheme than they'd normally be.
Rosary was one of two Pokemon given to Kanon by Professor Elm when she was little. Elm believed that she had a knack of taking care of Pokemon, and thus gave her two Pokemon for her to raise. While Rosary is not the strongest in Kanon's team, she knows powerful attacks, such as Lava Plume, Flamethrower, Rollout, and Eruption. While those moves she would've learned much after evolving again, due to the recent changes in the world, it seemed as though she could learn such moves earlier, though this could be wrong. Rosary enjoys fighting Pokemon, though unlike Cruz when he was an Aggron, she only fought when her owner allowed her to. She would else stay by her owner's side like an obedient Pokemon.

    Russell
    Male Bayleef
    Naughty Nature (+Atk. -Sp. Def.)
The leaf of Russell's forehead has a small hole near the edge, almost like a Pokemon ate through it.
Russell is the second of the two Pokemon given to Kanon by Professor Elm. However, unlike his acquaintance, Rosary, Russell was disobedient much like Rose was. Though both Rosary and Russell were given to Kanon a while after she first evolved Rose and Cruz, Russell managed to evolve within a week or two since Kanon got him. The same went for Rosary. Russell maintained a naughty demeanor, but began warming up to Kanon after she saved him from a wild Grimer. Russell has used various sorts of attacks, such as Body Slam, Magical Leaf, Razor Leaf, Synthesis, Sweet Scent, Reflect, Light Screen, and Poisonpowder. Russell also likes to face off against the Pokemon his type is weak to, to prove that even the weaker can triumph over the better.

    Serene
    Female Eevee
    Quiet Nature (+Sp. Atk. -Spd.)
A diamond-shaped birthmark the color of Serene's tan fur collar lies on the top of her forehead.
Serene was found roaming Goldenrod City, a few years after the earthquake and a few years before the malady. Not too much is known about her, only that she has a brother, also rescued by Kanon. Serene keeps to herself often, and has yet to fight a battle. Thus, even her own moves aren't known yet. Serene is mostly kept outside of her Poke Ball so she can get a good idea of the outside world, disfigured as it may be now.

    Hector
    Male Eevee
    Lonely Nature (+Atk. -Def.)
Hector has a crimson red scar the shape of an "X" over his left eye; he is not blind in that eye, though.
Hector was found roaming around with Serene. He already had the scar over his left eye when Kanon rescued both Eevees. She believes a wild Pokemon may have done this to him, although she isn't entirely sure. Like Serene, not much is known about Hector, although, like his sister, he seems to keep to himself. He also has never fought a battle as far as Kanon's seen, so she isn't sure what moves he may learn. She wants him to evolve into Leafeon (much like she wants Serene to become Glaceon), but doesn't know if such is even possible at the time.

Other: Not that I can think of at the moment...

    ---

Well, I'm finished. Anything you need me to change, let me know. It's been a while since I SUed for anything, so it might not be the best SU out there or anything XD

((Lovely character, Yuyuko. Accepted because you used the word 'periwinkle' (it made me giggle) and HG/SS references. Oh, yeah, and the sign-up's pretty kick-ass, too. :D There's a thing I'm not sure about, though. At the end of the 'History' bit (nice history, too), I see you use " Kanon was drafted into the group." I'm not really sure what this means, but I want to say that no character, but mine, is part of La Resistencia yet. I'm not sure if La Resistencia is that 'group' you mention. If it is, I won't ask you to edit the bio, but yeah, keep that in mind. Accepted, again.

jcogginsa, I'm sorry, but that's still lacking. It's not as intricate as I would like it to be. I can see, though, that if you took the time to edit the bio, then you do want in. For now, it's pending, 'cause it does need some heavy work on. If you'd like me to help you out, don't hesitate sending me a PM or VM, or we could discuss this at the OOC))

    Name: Tyler Flarex
    Gender: Male
    Age: 16
Occupation: No occupation as in job, but during the Outbreak he was in hiding and helping at a large Military Base in Sinnoh.

Appearance: Tyler is around 5'11", and is a very thin and tall boy. He doesn't have any visible large muscle, and is only strong enough to carry large packs of about 25kg. His height is based around his rather long legs, which help him run faster and help him remain agile. He is in a very healthy state, apart from a large cut on his neck, which hasn't healed properly, and still can sometimes hurt him. His feet are size 9, and he wears Black Trainers which are slightly too big for him.

He has a pale skin colour, and dark brown eyes. He has dark brown hair which is spiked up with a large spiked fringe, and the rest of his hair cut and spiked shorter. He has a thin face, that gets slightly larger towards his hair. His eyes are rather large and he has a small nose. His mouth is an average size. His ears are also aveage sized and do not stick out.

Tyler wears clothes which he has either scavenged or been given. He wears a black headband, which seems to give him confidence and bravery. This would be explained by the ancient Japanese Kanji Symbol for bravery on it. His Main clothing are a dark red baggy T-Shirt, and baggy black shorts, which contain one of his weapons in one pocket. He has a backpack which contains medical supplies and weapon ammunition. of which he stole most of it from the Military base before he left for Pallet Town. He also has a belt that he wears that has two large bands, which are closed tightly round his two main weapons.

    Personality:
Tyler has a very wary personality towards people at first, but once he gets to know them and trust them, he starts to warm up to them quickly. He is very sharp and has a mischevious attitude, and likes to listen in on peoples conversations to get valuable information about them, which sometimes he can use later. However, often it has got him into a lot of trouble. He is very scared about the zombies, and sometimes puts himself in danger by trying to run or not reacting fast enough. Yet he is able to strike back, and likes to strike fast and hard when he can, which has helped him before.

    Weapons:
Tyler has two weapons which can be called weapons, and something which is used in a form of self-defense.

The first weapon of his is a Rapidfire Baby Desert Eagle, which is Military standard. It is a smoky Black colour and he obtained it from the Military Base he hid at in Sinnoh. He found it during a major operation in 2019, just before the Outbreak in Sinnoh. It was in a locked room that was used as a weapon and ammuntion supply centre. Tyler managed to get the Desert Eagle as he saw the code that the room needed when one of the officers went in to get the last explosive supplies for the operation. As the officer left, Tyler took the risk to enter the code and look around inside. While in there, he saw the Desert Eagle and instantly picked it up. he supplied himself with ammo. He knew he wouldn't be able to carry a large gun with him, due to the fact at that time, he was 13, and was very weak.

The second weapon he found on his journey to Pallet Town, in the Year 2021. While at the borders of Mt Moon, he decided it would be too risky to travel through the dark caves on his own, considering that many strong Pokemon Zombies would live down there, in huge numbers. So he climbed round the side of it. While struggling to climb round, he saw a shining object wedged in the ground. When he cautiously approached the object, he saw it had a handle and what seemed to be a blade. What Tyler had found was a Sword, preserved in the rock and mud. It had been there a long time. The Handle, a dark red colour, was rusted and the blade was very dirty, with rust also showing. Tyler knew that if the impact of a sword hitting and mutilating a zombie didn't kill it, the rust infection would. Rust would slowly cover its body, encasing it in a metal shell, burying it alive (Well, half-alive). He pulled it out of the ground, careful not to hurt himself, and put it into his belt
    .
His Final form of self defense is a small Japanese dagger, with the Yuu Symbol on it. The symbol for bravery. He doesn't call it a weapon, but his self-defense symbol. This was hand-crafted by his great-grandfather and passed down to him. He doesn't use it, unless he absolutely needs to. It is silver, with a black handle. It has been used once since the Outbreak, against a Wild Luxio-Zombie near the Sinnoh military base.

In early 2011 Tyler was only 5, and had no knowledge of what was going on. After Kanto and Hoenn suffered huge collapses, Tyler's family moved away from Johto, after figuring it being the new powerful region it would suffer a collaspe. They moved to Sinnoh, and by the end of the year, saw Johto collapse, leaving just Sinnoh classed as a Region. After The declaration of the Whirlpool war in 2012, Tyler's parents went to work at a military base in Canalave City. Tyler was left at home with his uncle. He spent most of the time doing odd jobs and sitting and talking with his uncle, sometimes going out to Sunyshore Lighthouse and then surfing down towards the Pokemon league, before returning home. It was in 2014 where Tylers life went downhill. Tyler was 8 years old and was at home with his uncle when a breaking news story flashed across all channels on the Sinnoh TV network. The headline read:
"Canalave Military Base Attack: No known Survivors." The newsreader then read out clearly what had happened. the base had been attacked after an air-raid siren had alerted the people of canalave to evacuate to the city Library, that was able to survive Thermo-Nuclear Exlposions. Shortly afterwards, Fighter Jets from the other regions flew over and dropped powerful bombs over the base. canalave City saw the military Base collapse into rubble as a huge explosion rippled the city. The canalave bases explosives had detonated from the bomb impacts. The area surrounding it was destroyed. Tyler and his uncle watched the news story. Tyler broke down and his uncle decided that they would work at the most advanced Military Complex in the Pokemon World. The Sunyshore Military HQ. Tyler had been forced to hide as the base had no children in. However, while he was in hiding, he did show himself to soldiers, and after 2 years, he showed himself to everyone as hiding was hard, as he couldn't be seen, couldn't just walk into the kitchens and had to keep away from the guards, who were always alert, and ke knew if he was caught his uncle may be killed. During his time at the base, he caught three Pokemon. They were his trusted Houndoom, Darkdusk, his Quilava, Typhlux, and his Scyther, Blade. He hid there until he was 12, often seeing many men that he knew and had befriended come back injured or killed. But in 2019, at the age of 13, a large mission to Kanto started. This was when he obtained his first weapon, the Desert Eagle. he asked if he could go, just to help because it was a major operation. They had accepted. While at Kanto, Tyler used his Desert Eagle, and other weapons including explosives to kill and stop Zombies and any humans that fought back. In the second year of the operation, Tyler found himself in grave danger. He had been sent out to get some firewood. When he came back, the remaining soldiers at camp who hadn't retreated were dead. They had been eaten. Zombies had been here, and from the looks of it they were nearby. Instantly Tyler headed towards Mt Moon, knowing it was the quickest way from Saffron to Pallet Town, apart from going through the Unknown lands, which would be filled with zombies. It was February 2021 when he reached Mt Moon and while there, gained his Sword. By late 2021, he was in Viridian Forest, and knew he had to find a way round it, unless he wanted to walk straight into his doom. So he cut down the withered trees on Route 2, and then passed the the old and damaged Gateway. After cutting through the remaining trees near Viridian City, he ran the abandoned city and took the safer way through Route One, and found himself at Pallet Town. It seemed abandoned, but he sensed someone was there...

    Pokémon:
    Typhlux
    Male Quilava(Stage 2)
    Modest Nature(+SpAtk, -Atk)
Typhlux is a very unique Quilava. His Flames Glow green instead of the normal Reddish Orange. He is very protective of Tyler and was his second Pokemon. He likes using Ember a lot, and when he gets excited, he tends to use Flame Wheel and then roll around and jump in the air. He has a large scar going down his left side where he fell off a crate being lifted by a crane as a Cyndaquil, and landed on his left side, digging it into the edge of another crate. He often scratches the scar, as if for comfort. His other moves are Quick Attack, which can be very helpful at dodging and getting in a damaging blow fast, and Dig, a useful way of hiding when need be.

    Blade
    Male Scyther(Basic)
    Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
Blade is a small Scyther with scythes as sharp as Katana Swords. He is a dark green Scyther, slightly darker than normal, and is very lonely and often seems to be in a world of his own. He is very inspired by Tyler, and likes to try and copy him, or impress him in action. He knows four moves which often devastate anything that gets in the way. X-Scissor, which is very poweful against Zombies, especially with the sharpness of the blades. Swords dance, to sharply raise the attack, making it even more formidable. False Swipe, for obvoius reasons, and for the finisher.... U-Turn, Hit and Run literally.

    Darkdusk
    Male Houndoom(Fully Evolved)
    Rash Nature(+SpAtk, -Def)
Darkdusk is an average Houndoom with a slight problem. He is a very dark Pokemon. He acts very emotionlessly towards most people, including Tyler, and doesn't seem to be bothered by the Zombies. yet if a zombie comes too near, they are going to be reduced to ashes. Darkdusk uses Flamethrower, Dark Pulse, Beat Up and Will-O-Wisp. Often, zombies will never even see him coming, especially during the night. He often howls at night, more often towards the New Moon.

    Focus
    Female Kirlia(Stage 2)
    Timid Nature(+Speed, -Atk)
Focus is a female Kirlia who was Tylers First Pokemon. She loves her trainer dearly for many reasons. Tyler met her as a ralts while at Sunyshore City. She had been left to fend for herself in the lighthouse. Tyler had helped her out of the lighthouse and carried her down to the bottom, and was about to let her go, when she grabbed his leg and held tight. Tyler caught her and since that day the two have been inseperable. She follows him everywhere and is always by her side. She tends to go red-faced when Tyler compliments or strokes her and she is very protective of him. She has even risked her life to get him out of danger. She knows Teleport, Confusion, Flash and Refresh.

    Aurax
    Male Riolu(Basic)
    Naive Nature(+Speed,-Sp Def)
Aurax is a young Riolu Tyler met on his journey to Kanto. he has a red band on his neck instead of yellow, and his eyes are a dark red also. He met him at the Kanto/Sinnoh Border. Aurax was fighting a zombie Nidoqueen, and dodging all attacks, but was tiring. Tyler stepped in and shot the Nidoqueen three times. After he was sure it had died for the final time, he approached the Riolu, in case it was infected. It wasn't and he called it over. It slowly walked up to him. He talked to it and calmed it down, then after calming Aurax down, he captured it and trained him up. He knows Vacuum Wave, Bullet Punch, Endure and Force Palm.

Other: Tyler has sharper canines than most, which makes him look more wild. His clothes are all torn and ripped at edge, like the sleeve.

((Dragax, the only inconvenient I have with your SU is that I was going to name another character in the RP, an NPC, as Tyler. Lol. I'll go with Tyson, I guess. But whatever. Yes, that's fine, up to now. I'm interested in history, seeing how you said he hid in a military base. That should be interesting. So yeah, History, Pokémon, Weapons, and Other and you should be done.

EDIT1: Alright, I have read your Bio, Dragax. It's pretty good. The only details that baffled me where how you said the fighter jets and stuff attacked Sinnoh. Other regions where too weak to attack, Sinnoh was destroyed mainly by zombies. The Outbreak began there, after all. But that's Ok, whatever, I guess the nations could've stricken back a bit. Your SU's very good. Accepted. :D))

((Oblivion Reaper, I like the character concept. A younger survivor could be a cool addition, and I liked your ideas for Pokemon. The Sign-Up itself, though, is very lacking, and because of that, I have to reject it. It needs some serious working on, much more detail on most parts except probably 'Weapons' and Pokemon. History has a big gap, too, because from what I understood, taking into consideration the timeline, your character was hidden in a janitor closet for a couple of years. Lol. Um, but yeah, if you want in, that needs heavy editing.))

There it's finally done. I kinda rushed the end, so give me a yell if I need to change something.

    Name: Michael "Mikey" Sliteye
    Gender: Male
    Age: 23
Occupation: Michael wasn't old enough to get a job, and when he finally was, he didn't need it.

Appearance: Mikey is average height for a 18 year old. He stands at about 180cm tall, with medium length, straight, jet-black hair. He has no facial hair and has large, blue eyes. A scar is slit across his right cheek, a result of the attack of a crazed zombie. Out of the 5 people in his family, only he survived. His build is muscular, it built up over the last 9 years. His arms are toned well, making his axe swing extra-powerful.
His face is deep set, his features highlighting the last 10 years of his life. There are cuts up and down his body from skirmishes with zombies and soldiers alike. The most prominent of these are the aforementioned cheek scar, and another parallel to his spine. He doesn't have any tattoos or other body markings.
    Clothes-wise; Michael is dressed in a plain, white button-up shirt, with a black jacket thrown over the top. His pants are plain black as well, with two deceptively large pockets. Around his wrist is a memento of his family, a golden band with a poem etched into it. The poem reads;
"Even though the ice may crush us,
they can never defeat our soul.
Escape the dark, no need to cuss,
For else they will defeat the fowl."
Mikey never understood what it meant.

Personality: Mikey is friendly. Well, he tries to be. Although he can come off as cold or uncaring, he is a 'nice' guy. He chooses to show no emotion at fear or death, because he sees enough of it.
There is always an exception to the rule, and this also applies with Micheal. In a skirmish or a fire fight with zombies, he becomes filled with immense hate and anger. His eyes have been known to erupt with hate, and any unfortunate zombie in his way is cut down without a second thought. He is one of those guys who can be so angry and hateful, and then yell something like; "That one's head just exploded!" and smile, or crack a horrible pun about zombies.
He dislikes slow weapons, with the exception of his axe, but can use almost anything.

Weapons: Mikey grabbed what he could find before leaving. His weapons before traveling to Pallet Town are:
-'The Lawn Master 5000': Micheal's favourite and most trusted weapon, a Lawn trimmer. Battery-powered, he swings this around like a sword. Numerous zombies have fallen to this blood-stained electrical device, the trimmer's blade spinning at a fast pace. The 'Lawn Master 5000' is a lighter device, so Mikey can swing it with one hand. The shaft of it is about 1 metre long, and is exceptionally helpful for clobbering zombies who get in the way.
-An Axe: An Axe. A long, slender handle with a sharpened Axe head. Used when the 'Lawn Master 5000' needs battery charging.
-The standard issue, Janta-brand office staple-gun: A metal staple-gun, which is surprisingly useful. Came with extra-staples.

History: For the first 8 years of his life, Mikey life's was perfect. He was born in Kanto, in a house in Viridian. Life was easy. Mikey's parents worked at the gym, and Mikey used to watch them battle every day. The most intense battles he ever saw were againist his parents, or possibly the current Gym Leader, 'Blue' Oak. He, and his siblings, raced around the Gym. His older brothers and sisters began their pokemon journeys with an direct descendant of one of Blue's. His oldest brother, Leith, was given a Charmander. His older sister, Shika, was given a Scyther and his other older brother, Jack, was given a Machop. It is unknown if his siblings are still alive.

Life changed completely one day. It was his 10th birthday, and Mikey was to meet his parents at the Gym. He knew what was going to happen, as the same thing had happened to each of his siblings. But this day was different for a very specific reasons. He had sprinted into the Gym, running through the doors quickly. Blue and his parents had been waiting there. But he had needed the bathroom, and had headed straight for it. Whilst relieving himself, there was a disturbance in the Gym. Someone had forced their way in and shot his parents, Blue and then himself. Tears streaming down his cheeks, he rushed too his parents, but they were already dead. Blue was still alive. He crawled towards Mikey, and handed him a pokeball. Right before he died, he whispered a single message to Mikey.

    "Run, Mikey. Run."

And he did. Surviving on what he could find, he traveled around Kanto and Johto for the next 12 years. He somehow survived the Whirlpool War, capturing pokemon along the way. The past 12 years were a blur, but he got through it, somehow.

    Pokémon:
Riku the Nidorino; One of Mikey's most treasured pokemon, given to him by Blue.
Nuu the Piloswine; Mikey found Nuu during the Great Migration, as an injured Swinub.
Dallas the Arcanine; Mikey found Dallas, like Nuu, during the Great Migration. It was one of the only 2 pokemon Mikey actually captured. Evolved from a Growlithe.
Toby the Grovyle; Mikey picked up Toby from the former Lab in Littleroot Town. While searching through the rubble, he found Toby's pokeball
Nico the Electabuzz; The other pokemon Mikey captured, he found Nico alone in the Kanto power plant.
Horus the Murkrow; Found injured in Johto, Horus usually remains out of the pokeball, and scouts for Michael.

((Eletj, my friend; glad to see you finally go the Sign-Up up. I could've liked a bit more detail in some areas, but I let it slip 'cause you're my friend and because you wield a lawnmower. lol You're accepted.

Oblivion Reaper, I could see you worked on the bio, and I repeat, I do feel the character, but I'm not all liking the SU. Your SU has many grammatical errors. Things like wrong usage of commas and capitalization talk alot; not to mention I could use even way more detail. You might have noticed I don't ask for RP Sample in the SU, so the rest has to be sublime, since it'll be what represents your writing. By the way, I went "Lolwut" when I read the part that goes " When it was over, Leon steped out of the closet but a zombified zigzagzoom attacked him" I'm sorry, but no, you're not accepted :/

By the way, people, thread will be starting soon, stay alert. ))

    Name: Wesley Wyatt
    Gender: Male
    Age: 43
    Occupation: High School Algebra Teacher

I suck at writing Appearance, but I'll do my best: Wesley is slightly taller than average, but not by much. He is about 6'3 and weighs around 190 lbs. He shies away from sunlight, not wanting to be exposed and, as a result, has become slightly pale. His skin is wrinkled around his bright, emerald green eyes. His hair is a dark grey and shaved short. He's healthy for his age, the excessive zombie-slayage being quiet an excersize. After being attacked in his sleep a year ago, his arms and legs have been scarred and his arm broken. His arm, not healing properly, is now an inch or two shorter than his right.

His limited wardrobe consists of a long sleeve, plaid shirt and a pair of khaki pants. He recently managed to find a leather jacket, the only thing he has for defense. He wears a pair of white tennis shoes, no socks. Do to his bad vision, he has a single pair of glasses, damaged to the point of uselessness. In general, his clothing (excluding the jacket) is not in good condition. After the zombie outbreak, the only significant item he took was a small duffel bag, which he uses to store certian things (i.e., food, ammo).

Personality: Wesley has gone through a big change since all of this started. The past few years of horror and violence has seen him grow cold. The best word to describe him would be "pragmatic." He wouldn't hesitate to kill his best friend if he had to. Due to trust issues, he's very reluctant to joining others, even in this harsh time. He prefers to keep his emotions bottled up, believing them to be an extremely exploitable weakness. Because of this, most people consider him a soulless bastard. Wesley doesn't disagree.

Wesley isn't very cautious in battle, though still cautious enough to not be considered reckless. He occasionally makes an attempt to come up with a strategy, but rarely uses them. He's strongest at melee combat due to his aim being less than perfect.

Weapons: He doesn't carry much, believing it best to save as much space as possible for food (and possibly better weapons). For melee combat (his speciality) he carries a machete. He also carries a handgun and very limited ammo, prefering to only use it when absolutely necessary.

History: Wesley was born in Viridian City, Kanto. Wesley lived a perfectly normal life. He had two hard-working parents, got good grades in school. Nothing special. After high school, he received a full scholarship to the local University. He eventually graduated and, in 2005 went on to teach. After the events in 2009, he lost his job, but continued to teach, not wanting the next generation to be totally destroyed. The people of Kanto kept their children close after the fall, causing Wesley to give up hope. He soon relocated to Johto. There, he met his wife, Amy. In early 2011, they married. A few months later, the earthquake struck, both Amy and Wesley injured. Amy died a few days later. Welsey, not wanting to face this, fled back to Kanto.

Back in Kanto, Wesley ended up in Vermillion. For the next few months, he traveled around the region, doing his best to help where he could. During his journey, he saw there was little hope for Kanto and gave up. He returned to his hometown of Viridian, reuniting with his mother, his father having died sometime during Wesley's absence. A year later, the Whirlpool War began. The citizens of Viridian hid underground. The people of Viridian soon formed a minor resistance group. In late '12, the group proceed to raid a extremely small Sinnoh nearby. The group succeeded, taking supplies, and heading back to New Viridian. Upon their return, they found the residents dead, murdered... In a raid, it seemed like... Wesley found his mother. Next to her, a machete.

The survivors of the Viridian massacre relocated to a small settlement near the ruins of Cerulean. Wesley stayed behind. For the next few years, he lived with his Pokemon. After the Great Migration, Wesley headed north, living near the ruins of Pewter. In late 2022, he was forced back south. To survive, he made weekly raids on nearby settlements. He soon ran out of supplies and was forced to find a new place to live. He is currently somewhere near Pallet.

    Gunn the Politoed (Male)
    Rube the Sneasel (Male)

((Sadrith Mora, nice. (: It's good to see an older character, and I think it's cool he's a teacher. You used the word "pragmatic", too, you must be serious O: Lol, accepted.))

That adds up to six characters now. I think that's enough to begin with. From here,
