I'm not sure what the deadline is yet; I will see with how many people join. If there's only one person after a long time I might discontinue the contest. Story:
Three months. Three months since that Pokemon loving king left me in that dark castle. Why...why did he? Was he...was he really trying to start over, turn into a new person? Or...was the pain of being with anyone too much to bear? I don't know...honestly, I love him...and I care for his wellbeing. A lot.
I wish he hadn't left me. I wish I had said something! But no, I didn't and this is how it was turning out. I am so stupid.
Why would N like me? He's so...sweet, with his deep, meaningful relationship with his Pokemon. I'm in love with him, right down to the Menger sponge on his belt.
Why did he leave? Why did he have to break my heart in the process?
"Why'd you fall in love with him?" An all to familar voice startled me out of my thoughts. I turned, my arms crossed.
"I don't know, Cheren." My tone of voice came out strange, like I was both annoyed and on the brink of tears. "It just happened okay? I don't wanna talk about it."
Cheren glanced at me, his usual serious expression softening a bit. "I just want to make sure you're okay. You've gotten ...more fragile since he left." He choose his words carefully, not trying to ofend me.
I looked at my combat boots, feigning interest in them. He was right, I guess. Maybe I did spend too much time dwelling in the past...but wasn't that good in some cases?
Cheren swallowed loudly, putting a soft hand on my shoulder. "You know, if N realizes he has feelings for you...he'll come back. Remember this? If you love something let it go free. If it doesn't come back, you never had it. If it comes back, love it forever. I guess you and N apply to this?"
I looked up, a soft smile on my lips. "Yeah...Yeah I guess so."
Just then, Bianca ran up, her face full of joy. "Heeeeeyyyy Tooooouukkkko! Cheeeerrreeeennn!"
"Woah! Bianca hold up!" Cheren backed up a little, his hands up. "Wait, no Bianca no don't-!"
Suddenly, Bianca slammed into him, sending the two to crash into the street. I cringed as they did, laughing.
"You loverbirds okay?" I asked, helping my best friends up one at a time.
"Just fine! Touko, guess what? Professor Juniper sent me this message! She said that she saw this big white Dragon flying over Unova and she wants to split up and find it. She says that you might wanna find it first." Bianca had a sly grin on her face, making me look up to the sky and blush.
"Okay. So, I'll start at Route 16 then. We're in Nimbasa, so if one of use goes south, the other goes east and the other goes west, we can cover all of the reigon." I explained, jumping up and down with happiness in my mind.
"I'll go to Driftveil! I wanna go to Mistraltion so I can see Skyla!" Bianca chirped, her blonde hair wafting in the wind.
"Alright, I'll go to Route 4 then." Cheren sighed, crossing his arms. "The road is gonna be a little harsh."
I chuckled, putting my hand in the middle of us. Bianca did the same, followed by Cheren. "Let's do it!"
On Route 16, rain pelted my skin, making me dash to a tree. "Maybe I shouldn't have gone this way..." I muttered, letting my Zekrom out.
The colossal Black Dragon roared, forcing me to jump and hold my hands up in retreat. "Zekrom! No roaring okay? If we see N, you might scare him off like that!"
'Fine. But if N's clearly not here, why do I smell Reshiram?' It inquired, leaning its head toward me.
Oh, I guess you're wondering why I can understand Zekrom now. Well, the thing is, a couple of days ago, I had asked if it liked a skirt I tried on. When it telepathically whispered to me, I literally jumped for joy. If I could understand it, who knew what we could do next?
"You do? Wow, does it smell that bad?" I joked, getting a cold stare from it. "Okay! I was joking! But, really, you can smell it?"
Zekrom acknowledged the question with a nod. 'Maybe it was just here, and then left, or it's still here. Whatever the case may be, I can sense and smell it. Follow me Touko.'
It hovered in the sky, not wanting to pound the road with its feet. I slowly walked after it, hearing Thunder crash not to far away.
I recoiled, coughing, shivering and sneezing from the sudden drop in tempature. "I'm a mess in Thunderstorms!" I cried, desperately warming my arms up with my hands.
Zekrom turned back to me and landed softly on the ground. 'Touko, you need to get somewhere where there isn't a Storm.' Its dark arms grabbed me carefully, setting me on its neck. 'Lancunosa it is.'
(N's POV)
I gazed up at the gray sky, little drops of rain falling from the trees above me. Reshiram was alongside myself, its luminous blue orbs concentrating on me.
"I'm a mess in Thunderstorms!" A voice called out, followed by a cough.
I leapt up, Reshiram starting to snarl as another bolt of lightning dropped from the sky. As I peered through a bush, I saw a girl with long but thick dark brown hair. Touko? What was she doing here in this weather?
I felt a strange heat creep to my cheeks. I whirled around, but seeing that Reshiram had poked its head through the bush too, I realized that it wasn't its doing.
I tapped the Vast White Dragon, gently sitting on its back. "Fly to Lancunosa my friend." I breathed, slipping my arms around its neck. " Make sure Touko and Zekrom don't see you though, okay?"
It nodded, spreading its wings as it crouched. All at once, a lightning bolt lit the sky as my partner took off into the sky.
'You know, I think you shouldn't have come back to Unova.' It said, flapping its wings. 'If you leave Touko again, she'll be crushed.'
"Crushed! By what?"
'Uh...No! I mean, she'll be very hurt. Yes, that's what I mean.'
"...Hurt?" I choked, thinking of the possibility of my father trying to hurt her.
'...This is far tougher than I predicted. Okay, she's going to be sad at your actions. Very sad.'
"Phew! Reshiram...you made me think of Ghetsis coming back to hurt her..." I reajusted my grip on its neck, making sure I didn't hurt it in the process.
"Reshiram?"
'Yes, N?'
"Do you think...a human like Touko...will accept me for the monster I am?"
'N stop that childish nonsense. You know as well as I that you are not any type of monster, nor pokemon. You are human.'
I shook my head, my hair hitting my back. "I'm not so sure..."
It fell silent as we descended into the small town. Landing by the Pokemon center, I noticed that many had stopped their work to glance at us in wonder.
I nervously chuckled, grabbing Reshiram's Pokeball. "Reshiram! Come back my friend!"
A few moments later, I saw Zekrom soaring through the sky, headed straight for me.
I then swiftly ducked into the Pokemon center, hiding behing a tall plant.
'That did not go as well as planned.' I contemplated, watching Touko's boots enter and then walk calmly to the desk.
"...You seen...N?" Faintly, I heard their conversation.
Was Touko asking about me? No, I must be hearing things.
"He...came in...behind...plant." The nurse replied as I snuck to the door.
'I'm gonna get caught!' I ran out just as Touko turned, looking at the entrance in wonder.
Ducking behing a huge gray cylinder that smelled very suspicious, I looked on as Touko ran out, whipping her head back and forth, as if searching for me. Finally, after a while, she returned back to her Zekrom.
"I wish he had been in the Pokemon center when N was there." She chuckled, patting its head affectionately. "I know, Cheren told me to forget about him...but I feel...I feel like he's here."
Zekrom crooned, 'I know Touko. I wish he were here too. So you can be happy.'
"Yeah..." Touko put on a small smile. "Thank you Zekrom."
'But...I thought she couldn't understand Pokemon!'
She put her head to the Pokemon, shutting her eyes. "I think...I think I love him."
'Touko...sing me that song again. The one about the Rain not coming for a year.' It crouched as Touko sat on its back.
"Okay...but not until we're in the air." Quietly, I snuck on Zekrom, holding its lower back.
Suddenly, we soared up in the air, Touko's hair whipping in the wind.
"Okay, Zekrom. Here's the song.

Zekrom smiled...or at least tried to. 'Touko. Who's that song about?'
"Something smells fishy about this. But, you know it's about N." She got on her knees, balancing by putting her arms out in the air.
Hurriedly, I crawled up Zekrom's back. Something inside of me told me to wrap my arms around her, but I knew she wouldn't be comfortable with that.
'Touko...sit down. Now.'
"I'm okay Zekrom! Woah." She wobbled to her right, my heart pounding. "Woah!"
Before she could tumble to her right, I threw my
arms around her waist, steadying both of us.
"Touko...don't do that! What were you thinking?" I muttered in her back, the strange heat rushing to meet my cheeks.
"N! What are you doing on Zekrom?" She turned around, putting her arms around my neck.
"I wanted...I wanted to tell you that I...I think I love you." I paused, watching her as she pulled away. "And that I'll never leave you again."
"Well...I know I love you. And I know that I have always wanted to do this."
She pressed her lips to mine, her eyes shut. Slowly, mine closed as well, my hands gradually meeting her hips. Seconds later, we parted, and she lazily rested on my chest.
"N?"
"...Yes Touko?"
"I love you. I always have and I always will."
I chuckled, hugging her one last time. "I love you the most. And I will never deny that."
"Never ever?" She questioned, her hair tickling my neck.
"Never ever."

Thanks :) I have put links to some fan fics/art up here, but there's some more stuff posted up by various members, if you want to go find them. I did not draw/write any of the fanart/fics. Have fun!

Zekrom crooned, 'I know Touko. I wish he were here too. So you can be happy.'
"Yeah..." Touko put on a small smile. "Thank you Zekrom."
'But...I thought she couldn't understand Pokemon!'
She put her head to the Pokemon, shutting her eyes. "I think...I think I love him."
'Touko...sing me that song again. The one about the Rain not coming for a year.' It crouched as Touko sat on its back.
"Okay...but not until we're in the air." Quietly, I snuck on Zekrom, holding its lower back.
Suddenly, we soared up in the air, Touko's hair whipping in the wind.

Zekrom smiled...or at least tried to. 'Touko. Who's that song about?'
"Something smells fishy about this. But, you know it's about N." She got on her knees, balancing by putting her arms out in the air.
Hurriedly, I crawled up Zekrom's back. Something inside of me told me to wrap my arms around her, but I knew she wouldn't be comfortable with that.
'Touko...sit down. Now.'
"I'm okay Zekrom! Woah." She wobbled to her right, my heart pounding. "Woah!"
Before she could tumble to her right, I threw my
arms around her waist, steadying both of us.
"Touko...don't do that! What were you thinking?" I muttered in her back, the strange heat rushing to meet my cheeks.
"N! What are you doing on Zekrom?" She turned around, putting her arms around my neck.
"I wanted...I wanted to tell you that I...I think I love you." I paused, watching her as she pulled away. "And that I'll never leave you again."
"Well...I know I love you. And I know that I have always wanted to do this."
She pressed her lips to mine, her eyes shut. Slowly, mine closed as well, my hands gradually meeting her hips. Seconds later, we parted, and she lazily rested on my chest.
"N?"
"...Yes Touko?"
"I love you. I always have and I always will."
I chuckled, hugging her one last time. "I love you the most. And I will never deny that."
"Never ever?" She questioned, her hair tickling my neck.
"Never ever."
