Spoiler:
Pokemon has probably been the biggest part of my life, it pretty much mad my childhood.
I do not know where to start wit my memories, I remember having a guide book for red blue and yellow which had all information on the game including Mew.
I remember I would always drop my Gameboy from a height which would reset the entire game so I would have to start over.
My first Pokemon to reach level 100 was a Blastoise who knew mega punch, water gun, skull bash and surf. I would always train a Pidgeotto at Digletts cave until it became a Pidgeot.
I never caught a single legendary though since I could not be bothered back then since I was fine with just a Blastoise.
I also have a strange memory of encountering wild Pokemon in the Underground Path which was probably a dream.
The generation 1 sprites had a ton of charm to me and really bring back nostalgia.
I could never play Gold, Silver or crystal due to the cartridges save function being broken so I would have to wait until Heartgold and Soulsilver.
Gen 3 is what I have feint memories of since I mostly played my copy of Pokemon red but I do remember having a Swampert with body slam. Though gen 3 does have a lot of memories due to a rom hack I made and Played through, I remember catching a Zigzagoon and naming it Dragern (It was a Dragon type in the game since almost all the Pokemon were redesigned) and it only knew fire spin. Then it evolved into the strongest team member with a high attack stat and moves like steel wing, flamethrower, extreme speed and double edge (I did not EV train them). Since I did not balance the game most of the gym leaders were incredibly tough like Roxanne having 2 level 20 Pokemon with flamethrower but after a lot of training I finally beat her. My final team was a Pidgeot named Autumn (dark/psychic), Swampert (Normal/Water), I do not remember this one (Bug/Rock), Linoone (Dragon/Flying), another one I do not remember (Bug) and I dont remember the last team member (probably a HM slave).
I sadl never beat the elite 4 because of them having really overpowered Pokemon with most of them having fast Sweepers with tanky stats making extreme speed useless against them leaving my Pokemon wide open for a devastating attack.
Only one of my Pokemon was defensive (Bug/Rock) but it could hardly do anything to even the 1st elite 4 member leaving my party destroyed by the end if I somehow won due to an attack missing.
The 2nd member pretty much destroyed the rest of my team, I sadly do not have the hack anymore and I remember the rom file getting corrupted.
5th gen is where I really got back into Pokemon with Pokemon black, my starter was Tepig but he was replaced by Lillipup as my main team member since I taught it retaliate (not return since I did not pay much attention to the attack damage back then).
My Lillipup became a Stoutland by the end of the game with retaliate being my main move on it but the elite 4 in that game were really tough for me so the N battle felt really easy to me in comparison.
Ghetsis was really easy for me as well since my Pokemon were really over leveled at that point in the game.
Gen 6 is where all of the Pokemon I have now come from and I transferred my Emboar and Stoutland up.
I also remember going back to Heartgold to catch a Seedot for my Pokemon X play-through.
My starter was a Chespin and a Squirtle who became my second Pokemon to ever reach level 100 just like my old Blastoise in Pokemon Red.
My Stoutland became the third to reach 100 with my Shiftry being fourth.
The feels I had at the credits of Pokemon Y on my first playthrough really just took me back to hen I was a kid playing Red and beating it with Blastoise.
Pokemon has bee a massive part of my life and I look forward to whats next, I honestly can not sum up how much this series means to me in words.
These are only a few things that I remember since then I have gained a ton of level 100 Pokemon and beat the elite 4 numerous times.
Pokemon is pretty much what influenced me to do what I do now.
