It must be pokemon revolution online(according to this: [nope] , the number one pokemon mmo ever! You can also play it on android, its so fun, its what l dreamed of, a poke mmo.
Nintendo will probably never make a pokemon mmo on pc so they did it themselves and they update all the time with new stuff coming out.
I highly recommend you to try it out and i hope you like it:)
