[Battle] Split PSS For French Rom

Hello,
I would like to set up the Physique / Special Split on a French FireRed.
The problem is that I can't find a Tutorial explaining how to do it ...

Except that in my case the patches do not interest me since I work on French Rom ^^
Do you know where I can find the information I need?

Practically everyone here hacks the english 1.0 version of the game, so it's likely that there isn't a tutorial/patch for the french rom.
If you want to try to port it yourself, look at the pss development thread as it explains the workings of the patch.
